Great service and always wanted to ensure our trip was for us and not cookie cutter or pre-planned for anyone else. Communication was so easy and almost entirely via email. They did a great job and as a result, we had a fantastic trip!

We used Black Tomato for a trip to Jordan and couldnt be happier! I do have to say though, our driver Khaldon made our trip. He was such a wonderful man, and made our travels easy and special.

We had a wonderful Holiday in Chile and stayed 4 nights in 2 fabulous locations Asawi Patagonia and Asawi Atacama
complete with private guides and vehicles . Great choice of
excursions .Also stayed 3 separate nights in Santiago in transit .

All facilities were excellent especially Asawi at both places . Delicious Food and wine .Very Friendly staff and guides who made the excursions interesting and fun .
Transfers all went smoothly . Latam internal flights good .

My Black Tomato adviser, Alys Colayera, did a great job of finding out my likes, dislikes and wishes and put together a very special itinerary for our Australia tour. She was very accessible and responded promptly. I should also mention that she was very patient and came up with great solutions to some problems that developed during the planning.
At the start of our trip we had 12 people who are head strong and independent that she had to plan around. Everyone of them was highly complimentary of the quality of the transfers and excursions she booked for us.
Later in the trip it was just my husband and me to accommodate and once again she did a superb job. There was not one instance where any provider was late or dropped the ball. That is quite an accomplishment since we had a pretty intricate itinerary. The hotels, transfers and excursions were top notch. She even briefed each provider about our anniversary which occurred during the trip and everybody had a Happy Anniversary wish, a bottle of champagne or gift for us. How thoughtful!
I have and will recommend Alys and Black Tomato to friends who are looking for help with their travel.

My husband and I used Black Tomato to organize our honeymoon in Rwanda and Kenya. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are both biologists and wanted to tack our honeymoon onto the end of my husband's field work in Rwanda, as well as visit some friends in Kenya. We had an hour long conversation with Tom Harding after which he took everything we'd said we wanted and managed to come up with an itinerary even better than we could have hoped to ask for. Everywhere he booked us into was amazing, which he knew because he's extensively researched all of these places and stayed there. He managed to capture our desire to be off the beaten path and balance it with fantastic creature comforts. Every transfer, hotel stay, etc. was planned and incredibly easy; we just had to show up. Black Tomato did an amazing job; I would not hesitate to use them again to book a luxury vacation.

From the moment we landed we were treated like royalty. I cant say enough about the planning and execution of Black Tomato and their on ground partners.

AMAAAAAZING - Black Tomato planned a well organized and very original adventure for my family in India, ignoring the tourist bus stops and instead taking us to most authentic destinations, unique hotels (luxury tents in a leopard reserve!) and always had the best team in each location to look after us. So much fun!!

Tragically disappointed with our advice from Black Tomato for our honeymoon. What was meant to be a special holiday, and a much needed break, it no where near met the brief we gave them.

One of the main requisites was good weather, and we were sent to a part of Asia where it is widely known that their dry season and sunshine doesn't start for another two months. Whilst at the resort, we were told by several members of staff that we should have come between March - August.

Highly frustrated and angry with the amount of money we have spent for this to be the experience. A complete lack of knowledge when knowledge is what you pay for with a company like this.

I have traveled twice with Black Tomato. The company is knowledgeable, very well organized and responsive. James helped us with both trips and he listens extremely well and designed a trip around the experiences we desired. We have an active young family and from our guides to hotels and activities, everything seemed perfectly set up for our preferences. We have traveled with other luxury providers and Black Tomato beats them hands down.

We loved that our experience in Morocco included unique experiences (sidecar tour of the medina and street food tour). We appreciate seeing "the sights," but Black Tomato ensures that travelers get to learn the stories behind and around the sights. Our pictures are much more than, "We were here." We always appreciate that Black Tomato listens to our ideas, and make incredible connections in order to turn the ideas into realities and experiences.
