This company is a rip off,I spent over £100 on a order for pond snails over 6 weeks ago,no conformation emails or nothing,they’ve been paid in full & I’ve received nothing 😡🤬

I recently purchased the Large African Snail Kit, which included:
☆ 3 juvenile snails
☆ A temporary housing terrarium
☆ Coir soil
☆ Cuttlefish bones
For £30, the kit was absolutely worth the price. I was particularly impressed by the eco-friendly packaging, more than half of it was made from recycled or recyclable materials. The snails arrived safely in the coir soil, and since being moved to their new tank, they’ve been exploring and appear healthy.

Delivery was fast and efficient, and I’m so satisfied with the experience that I’ll definitely order again.

The only minor downside was the £20 in added fees at checkout, and my first name on the package was spelled incorrect, but I don't know if that was my error, or a miscommunication. Overall, I’m still very happy with the purchase, and I love my new little babies!

Absolutely fantastic people!
They despatch super quick, are easy and a pleasure to deal with.
Had an issue with Dragon nymphs they suffered a bit in the heat and without hesitation they sent more out but Royal mail kinda messed me about so they sent the whole order again for the third time!
Outstanding service!
They have no issues giving lots of advice and Saffron was particularly helpful!
I now have a mini pond with lots of Dragonfly nymphs and pond fleas for them to eat!
Very happy with this company! And I shall be back next year to get more nymphs!
