If you don't want to get treated like a trash and get scammed, don't bother using the dry cleaning service of this company, as you will end up losing your clothes and still not getting compensation.

I left a knitted sweater with the Chelsea branch on 22 August. When I returned on 3 September, it had been transformed into a stretched-out dress. Any professional cleaner should know you never hang knitwear, yet that is exactly what they did.

Since then, I’ve been back three times, each visit met with the same shrug: “we’ll inform customer service and they will get back to you within the week”. Nearly a month on, no one has had the courtesy to contact me. For a shop that was quick enough to bombard me with texts when I was a couple of days late collecting, the silence now is telling.

The garment was expensive, but what’s worse is the utter lack of responsibility. The staff wash their hands of it, insisting they’ve “no control,” as if the shop itself isn’t accountable. That is simply unacceptable.

This isn’t just poor service, it’s negligence—ruining clothing and then refusing to face the customer. Having read similar reviews with same exact experience, I would strongly recommend you take your clothes elsewhere.

Ruined a bespoke suit

Very disappointing - clear instructions were ignored and an expensive suit was ruined.

Over charged me beyond outrageous
I gave them 4 shirts they charged the normal price for 3 shirts and the fourth shirt one they charged 22 pounds it’s an ordinary Lenin shirt like the others ..their outrageous explanation was the label of the fourth shirt is Laura piana
And for that they charge such a price .
It’s totally ordinary Lenin shirt .. nothing different from the others except the label ..
exactly same job as the others …
Such an outrageous explanation…charges of laundry is according to the label …….
It was the first time I use them .. I protested that they you should have warned us before they took the shirt … her answer is that I should know it myself as that’s the way they always charge . I had no choice but to lump it as they would not have given me the shirts … it’s so irritating to feel you have been cheated like that ..

Terrible service. I have had linens returned that are stained. Over charged being charged express service on some items that weren't required. I then arranged a specific collection which wasn't carried out. Then the deliver didn't happen - they said they didn't have the correct delivery information but I know they did. I then arranged for myself to collect later on to find that my sheets have taken somewhere else and I cant get to them and as to 515 no-one can help me.
I am not one to normally complain but the service and attitude is disgraceful and merits this review.

Very rude and unhelpful customer service. Seems like they outsource a lot of their services to other cleaners without disclosing it.

Crystel was absolutely amazing - I had my wedding dress altered with her. Firstly she made the experience feel really special and memorable which meant a lot to me. She was able to understand what I needed and was flexible and understanding to my needs. She is very talented and I would trust her with any of my alterations or fittings in the future. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for exceptional quality.

I recently brought in two wedding dresses (one for daytime, one a traditional Indian lehenga for evening). Crystel was so thoughtful and understood exactly what we needed to make both of them fit perfectly. Her standard is excellence and she was a pleasure to work with. She also turned around my alterations incredibly fast in order to accommodate my wedding date. I couldn’t be happier, thank you Crystel!

Crystel is an amazing professional and she welcomes clients in the nicest way. With me, she always made sure I was confortable and relaxed before each fitting and respected the privacy I needed.
Also, while I had to work around very very short deadlines for alterations she helped to find all the solutions to make sure I would have my dress on time, including helping with dry cleaning etc.
Eventually and most importantly, the alterations that Crystel made on my dress were just perfect, giving the dress an additional level of sophistication. (Thank you so much Crystel!!)

I contacted Blanc to alter my wedding dress and they guided me to the Chelsae branch where Crystel is based. I went in twice, both times were a fun, yet professional experience. Crystel takes good care of you as a customer and made me feel pampered, especially for an occasion like my wedding dress fitting. She knew exactly what I wanted to fix with the dress. She patiently explained to me how the alterations would be made, what the process would look like, and how the dress would fit. The second time I came, she had already done some of the alterations. She did the rest on the spot. Everything was so precise which made me feel she cares about the work as much as I care about my dress. I definitely trust her work and would recommend her especially if you have clothes you care about.
