Honestly couldn’t thank Jessica at Blanking Associates enough. She went above and beyond to help us, working late hours into the evening when I was annoying her with emails and phone calls! Delivered the report on time, the surveyor was friendly and answered all of my questions. Overall painless experience, will use again in the future and would 100% recommend.

They were very responsive and helpful however the report contains numerous standard wordings regarding to extension/conversion/conservatory which doesn’t apply to my house. It caused confusion to my solicitors and lender.
