Hi, the customer had difficulty finding a product which is an add-on feature. Regarding the product I had purchased. product in reference was not in the website. Sales person looked it up, matched it for me to the product that I purchased. And called me to verify allowing me to purchase product either by email. Or phone. Product purchase will be arriving in the next two days. Comforting to know I can put everything together and I’ll have to worry about missing parts. Thank you.

Did not ship the item as indicated in the special shipping and handling instructions. Charged us over $100 for expedited shipping and didn’t do it and has refused to answer our email inquiries for this to be resolved.

Great price on Revillusion RLG25 electric fireplace log set and delivery occurred before I received my tracking number! Easy set up and looks great and very realistic in my traditional fireplace

Best price on the internet and shipping was quick and even delivered on a Sunday. Fire logs look excellent. The electrician told me that he has installed dozens of electric fireplaces that cost over $3,000 each but these electric fireplace logs from Dimplex look more realistic than those. Even at low heat it produces about the same amount of heat as my prior propane fireplace.

I bought the Empire Burncrete logs w/IP thermostat. I love the logs and how they look. I just wish I could adjust the flame a little lower than the low setting goes. My old logs were much more adjustable. I could go anywhere from high down to pilot. Maybe I can do it with this log set but I haven’t figured it out yet. Also the price is right!

I did not get my complete order filled. My fire table was missing the NG conversion kit. I was told they would respond to me asap via email. I had to call them back twice to get confirmation that they were going to ship the conversion kit. I was promised a return email to confirm...that never showed up either. Very disappointed. As for the fire table, the electronic starter doesn't work and the flame is not as strong/powerful as was lead to believe.

The price and the quick response. I ordered a fireplace insert and it is a Christmas gift for my wife. I can't rate it yet until after I install it. I will say this, if they are as sincere as they were with their text to me it will be a great company to deal with!! Also, people please give honest reviews. First shipment was damaged. Customer Service was easy to reach, responsive and quick to ship out a replacement. Would have given Five Stars but boxes for both shipments were pretty beat up upon arrival and product should have had more protective packing material.
