Terrible hair dye that washed out after just two days; I had bought purple. And everything has turned brown again

I’ve bought it because I heard that the colour will appear even on brown hair. My hair is not that dark, and I can’t see an inch of colour. They’re just slightly darker but nothing… I’ve bought the vivid berry colour. I am so sad. It’s a scam…

I have been trying to contact your customer service regarding order #2383758UK for several days, but I have received no response. My parcel has been stuck in Machelen, Belgium, with no tracking update for an extended period of time. I have paid expensive shipping fees and now need a refund. I have been home bleaching my own hair for about 2.5 years now and I'm still not very good at it (I have a short layered bixie that can be tricky when doing the roots) yet I have never had a disaster job, no matter how rubbish I am. Total bleach and white toner combo has never let me down!!

Used the gobby pink and rosè on naturally light blonde hair. Followed instructions, after washing out it left no visible colour. I have used other brands of semi-permentant hair dye before in pink which has worked. About as useful as putting a leave in conditioner on the hair, no results, would not recommend.

My kids hair is light blond.. But we had to adjust is 3 "times for a little bit of blue color.
After 2 washes... It's like it turns into green.
Despite of her enthousiasm she bought it again.. Well let's try again.. Same shit same shitty result. Waist of money

Absolute waste of time and money. Applied to pre lightened white hair. Used on damp and dry hair. Fades out and was all gone by 2nd day

This was the most horrendous dye i have ever used!!!!! I had BLEACHED hair and dyed it purple, my hair turned BLACK.
Dont reccomend this to anyone, had to use color remover and bleach to have my hair back.

A total rip off 'DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS', you would be better buying strawberry yougart and puttting it on your hair... their is no dye in any of their products, its a total scam, it should be illegal to false advertise like the do !

Absolutely horrible did not dye my hair whatsoever . I used atomic cherry expecting burgundy because my hairs darker yet nothing even showed up . So much for no bleach required.

Having booked a curly haircut with Alisha Dobson 2 weeks in advance and paid £100 deposit (for a minimum £135 haircut charge), my appointment was unilaterally cancelled less than half a day before. I was told that Alisha had a photo shoot now. I had taken time off from work to arrange this appointment for an upcoming event. I was not offered any compensation. I was told they could reschedule with Bradley on another day. Bradley had previously been sold to me as experienced in cutting curly hair, which in my experience was not true, I had been left with a shelf in my hair which took 18months to grow out. Overall very disappointed in the shoddy, entitled and unprofessional treatment of me as a previously repeat customer.

Spent £20 on the bleach and white toner. Compared to £100 at hairdressers. Really happy with results and condition of my hair . Platinum blonde achieved!

This company customer service was just utterly lovely! I needed help with a product I purchased and they were cooperative and very kind, I really appreciated it. The colour was stunning. (Cherry Cola)

Let's start off what I liked from my experience. When I bought the semi permanent purple hair dye, it was amazing!! It only took 30 minutes and then it showed very vibrant purple on my hair. I would recommend using their SEMI permanent hair dyes. Their permanent hair dyes though was a bad experience. It didn't even show the purple at all when I used the permanent hair dye. I would say I recommend semi permanent hair dyes(including darker hair that I especially have) but not the permanent hair dyes.

After using 'Schwarzkopf Live Shocking Pink' hair dye and having terrible results we tried 'Bleach London Vivid Pink' instead.

The results are 10 times better. Much more coverage, great value, more vibrant etc.

The bottle is a lot harder to get the dye out of than the squeezy tube but cutting it open with a stanley blade solved that problem.

After waiting 2 weeks we tried 'No Bleach London Vivid Pink' and what a load of rubbish that stuff is.

Her hair was already bleached bright and semi permanent dyed so was pretty pink to start with and this permanent dye somehow made it look even worse! How can a pink hair dye make pink hair look less pink!? Her hair is now very dry and feels like straw, fuzzy, lots of it falling out, and looks dull and lifeless.

Its labelled as 'No Bleach' but it contains hydrogen peroxide so thats a load of BS too.

I ordered shampoo & Conditioner and spent £44 odd & have not received any of it. I have emailed them twice and I know they have got my emails as it sent me a message saying that they were in their inbox and guess what no one has emailed me back. I am going to send another email and then tomorrow I am going to phone their head office
