After reviewing the shipment for Order #1905, the tracking (9400136106196358169983) confirms the package was successfully delivered on April 4th to the address provided at checkout.
Additionally, we took extra steps on our end by clearly marking the package with your hotel-specific delivery instructions (including visible labeling on the parcel itself) to help ensure it was routed correctly upon arrival.
As this delivery was made to a hotel, packages are often received and held by the front desk or receiving team, and retrieval typically requires coordination directly with the hotel staff.
