If you read my last review I was very disappointed. My sales consultant forgot to mention that the company rules are full payment before installment. Well, I was very lucky. Janelle, the Palm Beach sales manager, contacted me and made it possible for me to pay the final 50% on the day the contractor showed up. She assigned Joe and he was fantastic. I'm so happy with the new blinds. They look amazing. I recommend Blinds to Go.. If you have any issues in the West Palm Beach area just ask for Janelle and request Joe as your installer.

Great showroom with great prices
Great showroom with great prices. I enjoyed being able to see the product in person. Never seen a blinds store this big before in Florida . I recommend bringing your estimated measurements . Makes the pricing more accurate in the estimate .

First, I want to start with the most important person in the whole process: April! April is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. We were in constant contact with her, and she was always happy to answer any of our questions.
David, who did the measurements, was also very professional and polite.
We are very pleased with the quality of the blinds and are looking forward to continuing our future projects with this team.
I also want to mention and give 5 stars to the installation team — Santiago and Valeria. Excellent work all around!
