As far as them not staying in place: do you mean when lifting them up and down? or falling off of the installation hardware?? We are here to help so if something is not working properly let us know - we will make sure it is made right!

We had a very good experience. It was quick, the selections were great, and Nikki was fantastic! Also…. We bought 3 times more products for about half the price of a similar competitor window treatment company. (Including all hardware, measuring, and installation!) highly recommend!

Nakia Clowers helped me at the East Hanover, NJ store and she was most helpful and a true delight to work with. She was very knowledgeable about all the blinds, provided many options and answered all my questions. She was a true pleasure to work with. I love the window coverings but one of…
I love the window coverings but one of them has a terrible squeak when it goes up and down. I feel it should be replaced and blinds to go wants to take it and fix it leaving me with a large sliding door with no window covering. They should either fix it in my home or replace it. Our salesperson has been working with me but hasn’t been able to solve this problem yet. She’s the best.

You’re completely right to want this fixed in a way that doesn’t leave you without a covering. I just spoke with you, and I want to reassure you that we’re on it. Everything will be repaired on the spot during the service call appointment that’s been booked, so you won’t be left without a window covering.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding while our team works through this. We’re committed to making sure this is resolved quickly and correctly.

Great curtains terrible process
Love the actual curtains, but the process was terrible. Price increased 50% after measuring. Install was scheduled a month later than quoted. Install was supposed to be one day, but took two because the wrong hardware was shipped. The installer needed my scissors and vacuum instead of having his own.
