Service was good, and blinds were available quickly. Bought lowest level which are quite flimsy & cheap looking, but do the job of privacy. Next level up were huge jump in price.

10+ weeks and two service requests before blinds installed.
We ordered two blinds, one arrived missing a piece that prevented it from being properly installed in the brackets. I brought this blind back in to blinds to go, it was sent off for service, was not correctly serviced because the sales rep that was helping me gave incorrect instructions. I went _back_ to blinds to go, spoke with someone else, and it got resolved. The time between purchase and successful installation of my blinds was 10+ weeks with all of this back and forth...
In the end it was way too much effort to save a bit of money. Unlikely i'll return as a customer.
