They gave me great guidance in making sure my measurements were exactly as required. Perfect fit.
Wish I had installed the 30 years ago. Vertical blinds allow my dog to peak out windows without destroying them. They just swing to the side with a brush of his nose. We went through hundreds of dollars and countless time on changing broken mini blinds around the house from our dogs prior to this. And there was always ugly broken blinds in between the fixes!!
Couldn’t find these anywhere else! Thank you Blinds to Go.

Installation Poor
order # 911506
The sales office was very helpful in working with us to determine what we wanted.
The motorized blinds are quiet and perfect. The installer set them up and showed is how they work.
The shutters that were installed in the front bedroom were done very poorly. There was caulking on the frame and walls that was not cleaned up and now we have to scrap it off and repaint the walls around the window. I had to tell the installer to correct a number of things like the shutters are crooked.

The blinds you sold me do not retract…
The blinds you sold me do not retract on their own. You professionally measured my windows and you installed the blinds. The did not work properly when you installed them so you came back and 'sent them back to the factory'. You came back and reinstalled them and they still did not work.

You did everything right professional measurements, professional installation and it’s incredibly frustrating that the blinds still don’t retract properly even after being sent back to the factory and reinstalled. I can completely understand why you’d be upset.
Please know we’re not going to leave you stuck like this. We’ll be in contact with you to talk through what’s happening and make sure we find a permanent solution, not another temporary fix. You deserve blinds that work the way they’re supposed to, and we’re committed to making that happen.
