Clint!What a wonderful representative for the company. I was becoming increasingly frustrated attempting to deal with the online store to get information about my Order. Clint, from the St. Laurent office in Ottawa took charge of the situation and made every effort to resolve the challenges ( with great success) and he kept consistently kept me abreast when there were new updates. He simply engaged in old fashioned customer service, reminiscent of years past. I truly look forward to saying hello in person on my next visit to Ottawa. He would be an amazing customer service trainer, perhaps for the online store ?He turned my frown upside down! Lol. Thankyou☺️ my initial order was placed by Melissa O who was wonderful and thorough. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Christina and Monique also over the phone. If I have forgotten anyone, my apologies. Greatly appreciated everyone’s attention to ensuring I finally received my order!

Not crazy about honeycomb blind material. Your sales associate suggested my livingroom curtains hang abit in front of the electric heaters as above would have looked bad because of the patio door. This was a mistake! The installer didn’t like it and told me to watch that the curtains didn’t get too hot and said the material might yellow. Which they are doing already and feel hot to the touch when the heater is on. I maybe calling you back to shorten them. They were expense! The installers were quick and efficient!

Blinds to Go not only had the best price but I was able to book an at home consultation very quickly, the sales rep was great, my order only took a few weeks and installation was quick and easy. The blackout blinds were exactly what I was looking for and work perfectly. I would definitely recommend Blinds to Go!

My experience was at the store on St Laurent. First of all I was impressed that they greet you as you come into the store! I like that! Clint introduced himself then assigned me a salesperson. I dealt with Monique and she was extremely friendly and informative. The process is seamless. Once I made up my mind, I placed my order and my shades arrived on time! Thank you all for your patience! I am very happy with my Zebra shades!
