The service and repair that brought me into the store was 5 stars. I'm only giving 4 stars because I was so disappointed that Blinds to Go didn't save my window measurements.I had all my windows measured 4 years (and paid to have it done by Blinds to Go). I assumed they keep the measurements for a long time and was prepared to order for some other windows in my home only to find out I'd have to have the windows remeasured.

They were great, start to finish. The salesmen took the time to show the different style blinds. Installation was quick, the installers were friendly & efficient.

People in the store were helpful but it took way to long (almost 2 months ). For my order to be ready. I purchased three shades. After installing them I noticed a large discoloration in the shade that can only be seen at night .😒. This is going to be a huge inconvenience!

The staff at the store were patient and helpful in finding just the right style, color, texture, opacity etc. from literally hundreds of curtains. From the moment they (our customized curtains) were ready the installer contacted us and we scheduled an installation date. He arrived, was neat, friendly and quick. All in all well done.

Everyone working for Blinds To Go are very professional. From the sales people to the men who comes to the house to measure and then installs them perfectly....Excellent job

I've completed all but one window in my home with Blinds to Go. I have been happy each time. Allie on Staten Island is my girl! She's always helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your great service.

Easy to work with delivery was on time

Blinds to Go were great. They worked with me at the store to pick a style and fabric. Al, the person who measured and installed, was wonderful. His suggestions were spot on. He called as soon as he was notified that my shades were ready and set up an appointment to install the next day. All in all, it was a very pleasant and easy experience.

Excellent Job the installer to date has not called to reschedule with the parts he was oprdering to set the remote on the wall.... but otherwise all was perfect please remind him to followup... thanks

I had a blind that required repair/adjustment and found the staff, warm and welcoming. I was greeted like a valued customer. The repair was accomplished in minimal time.

I love my blinds and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they were installed. I am planning to order more blinds for the rooms on the second floor of my home.
