Everything was so easy from start to finish. Ordered samples, which arrived in a couple of days. Chose the ones we wanted, placed the order on the Monday night and then received notification the replacement slats were to be delivered on the Thursday. Fantastic service.

This is my second time using Blindzonline in past 6 weeks. Originally bought replacement vertical slats for my living room. Was so pleased with the quality, value and customer service I ordered more for my kitchen. Kumano Gold for living room and Nori Fabric for kitchen both look great. Great response and replacement of one part damaged in transit, quick service and supply

Do not purchase the motorised blinds from this company. 148 quid on one blind that doesn't connect to the remote. The app doesn't work either as it's for older versions of android. The instructions do not state anything about using the remote which makes sense as you would just presume the remote works with blind.

I only needed the top rail to replace a faulty one for a Venetian blind. It was made the same day and I received it two days later. It was packed in a long cardboard tube and was well protected inside with bubble wrap. I can now appreciate the post and packing cost. The rail fitted perfectly and only took 20 minutes to fit including fitting the existing fabric louvres. I would definitely use this company again should I need to.

The sample blinds were sent very promptly. We ordered a set of replacement vertical blinds for the garden room. Excellent quality and service. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
