BlingPainting Avaliações

We recently purchased a clock from Bling Painting. We feel like the clock was inferior in quality. The hands are thin and flimsy. The clock itself seems cheap. The hour hand does not sit properly on the hour number. I contacted customer service (Jean/Shadow) numerous times about returning the item. After repeatedly requesting a return shipping label and full refund, I was told that I could keep it and they would give me $10. I explained this was not acceptable as we paid close to $100. Buyer Beware if you choose to purchase from this company.

Love my sign. Very well made and great customer service.

Absolutely incredible customer service! I submitted an order of 60+ customized products with shipping to individual addresses internationally. Sophia went above and beyond with consistent communication, following up on orders/shipping, and providing the invoicing I needed for my company. The product is gorgeous and my team is very excited to complete it. I highly recommend working with Bling Painting!

Excellent customer service and beautiful product. Delivered EXTREMELY fast. In addition, I made an error when placing the order to receive a discount. I contacted them and they refunded me the discount with no questions asked. Great experience.

I am so pleased with the service I got, they went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and delivered on time . I can’t Thank Them enough.

We received our family name sign and are absolutely amazed at the true quality of the sign!
I had made a mistake in the verbiage several days after the order had been placed - requested the correction and was thrilled to have my error corrected. Excellent customer service!
Shipping was very prompt.
When we need another sign, BlingPainting is the “Go To” company.

Just received our metal monogram. It’s exactly as described and looks great. Shipping was fast and price was very reasonable. Looking forward to my next shopping experience with you guys again. Thanks

I ordered for a bridal shower gift. It was quite delayed and company ordered a second one. At least one finally arrived. Since it was a gift I didn’t get to see final product. I have to say customer service was strong. I appreciate Shadow’s communication and efforts on my behalf. Thank you

I ordered a piece for a friend an it's beautiful.it took alittle bit to get here but the customer service got back to me in a timely matter and helped me with tracking. Am well pleased

Great quality and fast shipment! We did a bulk order of about 10 tapestries and Jason was very accommodating in making sure they were done right and shipped fast. Will definitely be my go to for future custom tapestries :)

Very good quality and great, fast service. I ordered several flags for my client, different sizes and shipped to London. All arrived promptly and excellent quality. Thank you Jason 😊

I ordered custom flags for a boating group. The flags were delivered within a few days and were exactly to specifications. I had bulk ordered 20 flags and had the pleasant surprise of having 21 delivered :-)
I would purchase from them again and highly recommend them!

Ordered a monogrammed shower curtain. After a few weeks, I had to double and triple check the tracking. That is when I found out they are NOT based in the US like they say. They list a US address and phone number. They are NOT US based. They are in China.
So..I get the shower curtain..ugh. it's hideously ugly and my name is spelled incorrectly. So 6 weeks later, the constant run a round from "Jean" it's horrible. Their website says they will make it right. Um. No they do not. I filed a claim with my credit card today. And, They do not post your reviews if it's negative. Just run away from this place

This product is absolutely amazing! So much fun and really good attention to detail! The customer service was superb! I had a problem with one of my paints and the store answered my inquired quickly and offered to send me a new one with no hassle! They answer very quickly! Will definitely recommend this!

I am unsatisfied with my order: first because of late delivery while they promised that I received my order on time. Second I ordered throw Pillow while the did not sent me it an my order has not pillow. So I never ever recomend this company to anyone.

Fantastic product always, will always use you

I absolutely loved my Blingpainting! I have done two so far and I have loved both. They are great quality and they come with plenty of paint and brushes. I highly recommend to everyone!

The best product ever, I got mine
Thanks
