Order arrived VERY late. Products cheap and awful. Tried to email for return, they DO NOT answer. I have been in dispute (via klarna) for over a month trying to get a single email back from them to give my return. This is a fraud company.

they are fraudsters i ordered product and never received no refund i have reported the case in consumer court . never buy anything from them never ever.

I have been horribly cheated by bling queen site.theybshoq amazing products but don't deliver.for the fifth time they have asked questions abt one product unavailable. I chose their option but still they r jot delivering

No star at all. This is fraudulent app. Blingqueen is fake. There is no order tracking facility, can't check when the order comes. No whereabouts about the product ordered. Just can see when ordered. That's it. There has to be a grievance redressal for this. Anyone did this please let us know. Would file a complaint.

Its a fraud site. My product never got delivered. There is no customer care number. No way to check about the delivery status. Its been a bad experience. Please dont buy anything from this site. In fact, dont go to this site.

100% Fraud company. I paid 999 for a belt. Did not receive anything. Even no contact number available. No response on email too.

It's fraud company. I ordered charms in bulk on 17 feb 2026.and they mentioned that they will send shipping details when my order will be shipped . Now it's almost 25 days my order is not delivered I'm constantly trying to connect with them but for contact them there is only email address and no one is responding from there side it's so pathetic 🙃

It is a scam. Do not buy from this site. They take your money and they do not deliver the item

I placed an order on 22 November (Order #BQ28240) and paid for it in advance. The website said it would be delivered by 2 December 2025, but I still haven’t received anything.
I actually needed the item by 6 December, so I was depending on it arriving on time. Because it never showed up, it completely ruined the plans I had around it.
I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an update or at least some explanation, but no one has bothered to reply. At this point it’s extremely frustrating. When customers are asked to pay beforehand and then receive neither the product nor any response, it honestly starts to feel like a scam.
Very disappointed with the experience. All I wanted was the product I paid for or at least some communication.

I placed an order and made the payment on 10.02.2026 - order no. BQ37282. Have received a confirmation by mail. Have not received the product or any update after that. No response to my emails.

I havent yet received my product which was ordered on 8th of February 2026.No tracking details provided irrespective of multiple mails sent.my order number BQ36796.

Ordered and paid for earrings, no sign of them, after constantly hassling them they have sent a cheap pair of earrings not what i ordered request for return and refund is being ignored don’t go near them they are thieving rogues !!

The product i received was NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURE ON YOUR WEBSITE, it was very light weight and flimsy.
My request was :

"PLEASE TAKE BACK THE POOR QUALITY PRODUCT AND REFUND MY AMOUNT ASAP"

Previously, I placed an order, made the payment, but neither received the product nor a refund. I lost 4k indian rupees. Their customer services aren't trustable.

There is no facility for zero star or minus star..otherwise I would have given that..no coustemer compliances are there...requesting everyone to avoid buying from them...worst service I have ever experienced.

Hi everyone , Bling queen.in is a FRAUD WEBSITE. Ordered a product and paid but product DELIVERED with wrong item after two months. No customer service. No response to email. DO NOT BUY from the website.

This website appears to be completely unreliable and misleading. I ordered a flower brooch in a specific colour, but they delivered a different colour item instead.
There is no contact number available anywhere to reach customer care or the seller. The only way to contact them is through email, but they never respond. There is also no option to cancel the order or initiate a return directly from the website. The only instruction given is to send a complaint email and wait for their response before returning the product — but they never reply.
This makes it impossible for customers to resolve issues or get refunds/replacements. Once you place an order, you are left with no support.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid buying from this seller. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Fradulent site. Initially they said the product is enroute. But since then they are not responding to any requests nor refunds. Absolutely shameful and thy should be jailed
