Absolutely love Blitsbee they last so long I’m wearing the originals at the minute and they’re lasting me longer than a week like it says they should. I love all the designs and they have great customer service and arrive so quick to the UK would highly recommend!!!!!!

I've never had fancy nails before and have many hobbies that include working with my hands, so I have always felt like I can't spend too much money on nails that might chip or fall off quickly. I've had these on for over a week now - the designs are SO cool and they last! As a beginner, they weren't too hard to put on either. Super impressed and I love having funky nails now!

Ich kann Blitsbee nur empfehlen. Ich bin von den Gel Sets begeistert - sie sind einfach anzubringen & halten super! Zudem war meine Erfahrung mit dem Kundendienst sehr positiv. Ich habe nach nur einem Tag direkt eine hilfreiche und entgegenkommende Antwort erhalten. Also super Artikel & super unkompliziert zu erreichen. Jederzeit gerne wieder! :))

Klantenservice reageert erg snel en denkt mee in oplossingen! Pakketjes was naar een verkeerd huisnummer gestuurd (mijn fout) maar werd direct opgelost.

E-Mail gekregen dat een van de nagelsets niet meer op voorraad was. Mocht hierdoor een vervangend set kiezen en kreeg een set naar keuze ter compensatie. Top. Bestelling nog niet binnen, maar sowieso al 5 sterren voor de service.

Erg blij met mijn nagels, heel makkelijk zelf aan te brengen en bleef 2 weken zitten.

I am extremely disappointed with this service.

I placed an order as part of a subscription more than 3 weeks ago and still have not received anything. Since then, I have had zero visibility on my delivery. There is no tracking information, no clear timeline, and no meaningful updates provided.

Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same generic responses stating that the issue is with the postal service. However, this does not resolve the situation: I am still left without any concrete information about where my order is or when it will arrive. The communication feels repetitive, unhelpful, and does not address the actual problem.

What makes the situation worse is that this is a subscription-based service. I have now been told that I would be expected to pay for a second month, even though I have not even received the first shipment. I also requested to cancel my subscription because of all these issues, but I was informed that I am obliged to wait for the second month regardless. This feels unreasonable and completely disconnected from the reality of not having received any product yet.

Additionally, the 2-month minimum subscription requirement was not clearly stated on the website, which adds to the confusion and frustration. The overall experience has been chaotic, with unclear terms, poor communication, and no accountability regarding delivery.

At this stage, I do not feel confident in the reliability of this service. The lack of transparency, support, and proper customer care is very concerning.

I don’t normally write reviews but I have been looking for a good semi-cured gel nail sticker brand for ages and have finally found the one with Blitsbee. I have used two sets now and both have lasted at least 3 weeks with no breakage. They are easy to apply and look like salon quality nails but without the usual price tag! I have tried other well known UK brands and they do not compare. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

I've always played netball (a big sport in the UK) which you cant have long nails for, so have always hated having short nails that I cant do anything with. Finding Blitsbee and now using their products has been amazing! Amazing designs, and finally for the first time since I was about 13 I have been able to have nice nails!!! Even if they are short. I always get compliments on my nails now (literally almost every day) and I loooove the bright and different designs, super easy to apply and yes get the occasional small chip, but seriously what do people expect with stick on nails haha, it's barely noticable. I get the subscription and genuinely think it's such great value, and i get to have new fresh nails every week.

Super easy checkout and fast delivery. The packaging was so cute and well thought out, although I’d love to see some recyclable packaging!
One set of the originals held up better on my nails, but it might’ve been due to my inexperience :)

Great selection of happy colourful patterns. High quality gel nail- stickers that are easy to apply and last what they're supposed to!!! I am really pleased with the results, I am actually thinking of placing a monthly subscription.

I loved the product!! It was so easy to apply and it lasted for like 3 weeks. The designs are sooo pretty.

I have tried all sorts of different nail wraps and these are by far the best.
I have had this set on for 2 weeks and they are still going strong, only reason I might take them off is to change to another of their funky sets of nails.
They are amazing, the colours and styles are so different.
The customer service is also excellent. I would totally recommend

Ik gebruik al een tijdje de gel nagels en ik ben mega fan! bij mij blijven ze wel 3/4 weken zitten en het kost veel minder tijd om er af te halen en op doen van biab. Ook nog eens leuke designs.

Super fijne nagels en super klantenservice. Ik had per ongeluk een verkeerde postcode ingevuld maar blitsbee heeft dit super opgelost
