Do not hesitate to play here
Do not hesitate to play here, in my experience, the RTP was through the roof on most games I played, was way up but I'm a degen so played it down to 550, tried to redeem the first time and there was an issue, contacted support and they did an excellent job explaining what happen and fixed it promptly, second try redeeming went through and the money just hit my account, maybe 3 or 4 hours later, can't complain about anything other than provider selection but I'm sure that will change. I only play on 2 other sites, this will be my 1st choice from now on.

Game's don't pay out
Game's don't pay out. I've made several deposits and can't win anything. The coins are overpriced as well. Also the rewards suck. Don't play here if you want to win or at least get a decent reward for all your deposits.

Hi Tyler 👋
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re sorry your experience hasn’t been what you hoped for 😔
Fair play matters to us. Our skill games reward performance, and our slots run on random outcomes, so results can vary from session to session. We know a rough run is frustrating though, and we hear you 💜
We’ve also passed your comments on pricing and rewards straight to our team. Player feedback like yours directly shapes our offers and promotions, so thank you for being honest with us 🙏

Not Worth The Price Point
The packages are a rip off. You get half of what you expect to get but you don't. The free ticket entries are what adds the other half of the full value.
$5.99 you get 3 BC *ticket entries*
$9.99 you get 5 BC *ticket entries*
$19.99 you get 10 BC *ticket entries*
$39.99 you get 20 BC *ticket entries*
$49.99 you get 25 BC *ticket entries* etc etc
Daily log in mile stones are a joke. I wish they would remove the milestone gifts. Day 8 the gift is XP. Day 15 the gift is also XP but its so little XP. All these platforms give less because "it's more"..
Ever since the sweepstakes ban, all these platforms are underwhelming to the point of why even launch? But I get it, it's a marketing strategy aimed towards the people who are gullible enough to spend a pretty penny on packages and services that aren't worth it.

Hi Luis 👋
Thank you for the detailed feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to break it down 🙏
We’d like to clarify how our packages work, as each one gives you two ways to play and two ways to win 🎯
🎰 Blitz Coins let you play our slot games, and once played through, they can be redeemed for prizes.
🏆 Competition Entries let you join our skill-based competitions, where you compete against other players and you have the chance to win prizes.
So with a single package, you’re not getting half the value. You get access to both types of games, with the chance to win prizes in each of them 🎁
It’s also worth checking the Store every day 👀 We regularly feature daily bundles with a different mix than the standard packages, so there may be an option that suits your playstyle better.
Your comments about the daily login milestones are noted too. We’re always reviewing our rewards, and feedback like yours helps shape what comes next 💜
If you have any questions, our support team is always happy to help.
