No responsible gaming limit, false adv on cashback rewards

I have tried several times to chat or email just to set a spend limit. I was told that is NOT possible. As an updated comment, they did reach out about fixing these issues. And they resolved my issue. I really appreciate them reading the review and taking it seriously. Update 04/14/2026. They lied after reaching out, still didn’t close the account. And now I’ve spent thousands and gotten zero cashback rewards. They refuse to help now.

So far heard nothing about my redeem it’s been pending for almost 72 hours and will give an update when received ….they said my redeem is processed and sent but support said it’s not and when I log on it says pending and this is day 7-8…..i did receive your redeem that Monday with another redeem I did the same day so all good in my book redeemed 600 the first time I believe off the welcome bonus and 100 off my welcome offer

Great customer support and a willingness to make things right

Had originally encountered some issues with verification and support but the general manager reached out to me and went above and beyond to make sure things were made right and that I was satisfied. All the issues I had were addressed and taken care of and this company has actually been one of, if not the, most accommodating and helpful social casinos. Since the couple of hiccups I had with them in the beginning they have really stepped in and done what they needed to do. I’m very satisfied with Blitzmania and the support that I have received especially from their general manager. This site is 100% legit and def one that I recommend if nothing else but for their amazing customer support. Thank you Blitzmania for changing my mind and for being a model of how social casinos should give support to their customers.

Very helpful

I had a little mix up with my bank and blitzmania redemption process but the agents were very helpful to try to get this solved for me it’s been a couple of days but it’s moving in the right direction so I can retrieve my money

I have tried several times to redeem my winnings. First time they said the bank sent it back and to give different account and routing number so I did and still didn't receive anything and they again said my bank sent it back. I still haven't received anything from them and have been trying for over a week now. I find it hard to believe my bank sent it back considering I've never had any problems with any other site!

Not happy just joined blitzmania and…

Not happy just joined blitzmania and won $73.80 sent in my dricer license and it declined it for a hold of customer service and it still will not allow me to reverify and they told me 24 hours ago it shouldn't take no more than an hour

I shouldn’t have to feel skeptical

At this current time I’m giving my experience with Blitzmania a 3 star rating which leaves room for my overall experience that’ll be adjusted accordingly. Just as you read what others have said on the redemption process I’m to experiencing the same difficulty. Customer support states that my redemption was processed and I should have received it by now but I’m here to say so far there’s been no such luck. I haven’t read not one previous experience when someone has stated that they have actually received their winnings. Just a bunch of people being hopeful that it’ll be resolved somehow and receive their redemptions eventually. I guess I’m one of those people now as well. In all honesty nobody should have to go through these kinds of experiences. Nobody should have to go through hardships like this that takes days, weeks, years, possibly NEVER… I’m very skeptical at this point

Redemption Woes

Blitzmania has an awesome layout and is super easy to jump right into. I’ll bump my rating up to a 5 once my payout comes through, as long as everything is processed on time — but honestly, I’m loving the experience so far.

Edit 3/12:
Even after a couple of mistakes on my end and some miscommunication while getting my info sorted out, the Blitzmania team absolutely went ABOVE and beyond to help me. They handled my redemption, fixed my details, and made sure everything was taken care of the right way.

I’ve never had customer support like this at any other casino. They didn’t just help — they made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way.

If I could give them a 10, I genuinely would.

EDIT 3/16
3 times in a row my redemption has been "Incorrect due to name on ach transfer." I have provided more than enough information for it to be correct by now.
Until the money hits my bank i will not update this review. Could be 3 honest mistakes but feels like stall tactics instead.

I want to put five stars

I want to put five stars , but im waiting on my redemption to go thru and hit my bank. Then I will change to 5. But so far I have had a very pleasant experience with the site, and verification was easy as well. Im hoping that the good experience continues on to the redemption process as well. But only time will tell. :)
Update: okay so as far as the redemption process is going , I wish i would've known what banks im able to use to redeem thru, before I was given notice that it was being sent back due to some issues with chime and the ppl you use to send the funds with.. so now im still waiting to hear word on if you have even approved the new bank info I had sent to your customer support , and what the status of it is. Cuz as of rn I have no clue what is going on and where the funds are... sucks cuz I still want to give you the benefit of the doubt . But hopefully some one let's me know when im expected to get my funds . :/.
