This has gone from being by far the best TV guide to the very worst since recent changes, that's some achievement. I no longer use it. What were they thinking ?

Used to be OK, with several hours displayed, ability to customise channels and synopsis when hovering over programme title. Now dreadful with narrow window down centre of screen. Presumably designed for viewing on phone, because people who view on computer don't matter any more.

I'm guessing this business is under new ownership, and that they are either clueless, or indifferent to what their customers want. The old website was perfect, the new one worthless. How to wreck a company in 5 mins!

What have they done to Tvguide. I used to be able to see all my selected channels on one page within easy scrolling. I could browse programs, hovering over them to get more details. I cold look at the days ahead. List mode was great.
Now the channels are listed on the left with only the next hour shown requiring endless clicking to see the day ahead. You can look to the days ahead but it's all so clunky and cumbersome. I am extremely disappointed and won't be using the site any more

Why change what (just about) WORKED; just to look "modern and sleek"? It is overly simplistic, useless guff, now. Fix it and revert it please, many thanks :)

The best online TV guide available has been ruined with new format, now just like numerous others only worse. Please change it back or you will have no users!

I've been using this site for several years, leaving it open in a tab on my PC. I've always been pretty happy with it, but was horrified today to find they changed the listings from full page width to a narrow area in the centre of the screen, meaning you can now see 1½ hours listings instead of the 3-4 hours that you could see before. I assume this 'upgrade' is because they're too greedy and idle to produce separate layouts for PC/laptop and mobile phone, so now just create just the one tall/narrow phone layout and bung it in the middle of the screen for PC and laptop users. If that's not bad enough, they've also removed the personalisation option, where you selected which channels you watched, which was a great idea and worked fine.

All very disappointing, but I'll be looking elsewhere from now on.

I had to go through the whole rigmarole of signing on again, and that included the longest list of cookie permissions I have ever seen. They have hundreds of companies that they are happy to share YOUR details with, and you have to go through every single one to stop their legitimate interest. There is a button to allow all of them, but no button to disallow all of them. If these chancers lose my profile again, I will be going elsewhere.

Keeps logging me out. When I try to log in again I'm told my profile is not found. Customer service ignores any communications. Totally useless.

Worst user experience I’ve ever had. So many adds. So glitchy. Links go to the wrong place.

Tsunami of ads that encompass reading. Diabolical.

the layout is decent.

where it falls down - classification of some programs is questionable. they class "reality tv" as a documentary. no. they need an extra colour titled "sh....I mean, reality TV".

anyway.

the review section? the review section is "the internet of things". ("moderation" is questionable [like a few places], automated, and no reply to emails)

you get the message:

...does anyone actually know what that means? "assuming it hasn't been flagged for manual approval" - well, Has it? if it doesn't appear, we'll "assume" it HAS been flagged for "manual approval", and WASN'T approved.

"automatically approved". no, they don't mean "automatically approved" - that sentence means nothing. what they Mean, is "your comment will pass through our automatic swear filters". but they didn't say that.

once again...this is "the internet of things". making vague statements that don't really make sense. but it's only a webpage, right? so it doesn't really matter

this is actually the deal - on some programs, they aren't accepting 'comments' any more. some are. but they don't tell you this. anywhere. the way you find out if they are not accepting comments, is by commenting, and it not appearing. that's "the internet of things" - automated, and not reliable.

All TV listings for the last week and coming week I get regular emails and have the app. on my phone. What's not to like.
