La livraison a eu lieu 7 à 8 semaines après la commande. Je viens de monter la serre. Ll manquait une pièce, mais ils l'ont livrée en quelques jours, donc tout est rentré dans l'ordre.

Definite 5 star quality.

Instructions to construct are online.
10x5 lean to took around 15 hours to construct.
Quality is amazing and it is really stunning.
If you are happy to accept the lead time will be far in excess of that quoted, I wouldn’t hesitate to order.

Lieferung erfolgte nie trotz zigfacher Vertröstungen und diverser Zusagen. Erst über PayPal erfolgte die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises. In dem eröffneten Fall wurden auch falsche Angaben von Bloomcabin zu einer sich zu uns befindlichen Lieferung mit einher nicht existenten Trackingnummer gemacht. Alles unseriös und typisch für insolvente Anbieter.

De levertijd was "slechts" 4 maanden
De levertijd was "slechts" 4 maanden, in plaats van 4 weken zoals op de site stond. 18 november besteld en het zou de eerste week van januari worden geleverd..... Maar natuurlijk niet. Het zou eind februari worden.... Nou, bijna goed. Het is zojuist afgeleverd. Het is nog niet uitgepakt dus over de kwaliteit kan ik nog niets zeggen. Wat ik je wel kan zeggen is dat je nooit bij bloomcabin of bij vindalux moet kopen. Je krijgt bijna geen contact met ze. Als je zoiets als een kas bestelt kan je wel nagaan dat het voorjaar niet wacht. Op bepaalde datum moeten nou eenmaal een en ander in de grond zitten. Als je dan 3 maanden extra moet wachten is dat een beetje jammer op zijn zachtst gezegd. Koop hier nooit iets.

Bedankt voor uw feedback. Het spijt ons oprecht dat de levering zoveel langer heeft geduurd dan aanvankelijk aangegeven en dat u in de tussentijd zo moeilijk contact met ons kon krijgen. We begrijpen heel goed hoe frustrerend dit is, zeker bij een product als een kas waarbij timing in het seizoen erg belangrijk is.
Dat u maanden langer heeft moeten wachten dan verwacht, is niet de ervaring die wij onze klanten willen bieden. We betreuren het dat wij u hierin hebben teleurgesteld. Zodra u het product heeft uitgepakt, hopen we uiteraard dat de kwaliteit alsnog aan uw verwachtingen voldoet, maar we begrijpen dat de vertraging en communicatie veel vertrouwen hebben weggenomen.
Nogmaals onze oprechte excuses voor de ontstane frustratie en ongemakken.

juni 2025 besteld, maart 2026 nog niks ontvangen
Ik heb in juni 2025 een serre besteld en die is nog steeds niet geleverd. Twee maanden later kreeg ik te horen dat er een kleine vertraging was bij de leverancier. Zo ook de maanden daarna. Ik heb hen elke keer zelf moeten contacteren. 0 communicatie van hun kant. De laatste e-mail was van vorige maand februari, waarin stond dat de serre in productie was. Er is nu een maand voorbij en we hebben weer niets gehoord. Ik heb inmiddels met drie verschillende mensen contact gehad en houden mij aan het lijntje! Ik krijg steeds dezelfde excuses, maar geen enkele afspraak is nagekomen. Helaas heb ik het volledige bedrag te goeder trouw betaald, maar daar maken ze misbruik van. Er was zelfs ooit een belofte om de serre terug te betalen, maar zelfs die belofte is niet nagekomen.

The delivery time promise was not kept
The purchasing process was efficient and smooth. Then the problems began.
The delivery was promised in ten weeks, but at this point, we are over a month late. No information about the delay is provided by the company; all follow-up is left to the customer. Getting the matter resolved and obtaining clear answers is extremely difficult, with weeks between responses.
I understand their product is high quality, but their way of operating is not.
Don´t pay up front, use Klarna etc.

ATTENTION !!!
Commande passée et payée en septembre 2025 et toujours aucune livraison. La communication est très difficile et lorsque l'on peut échanger, il n'y a que de fausses excuses.
J'ai payé via Paypal. Heureusement me suis-je dite, je vais signaler un litige. Une solution a été vite trouvée, je serai livrée dans 4 semaines. Pour se faire pardonner, on me propose un geste commercial de 4%, j'accepte mais pour le remboursement il faut clôturer le dossier de litige. J'ai fait... et j'ai eu tort !
Nous sommes en février 2026. Depuis, la communication est coupée, pas de livraison, plus de recours Payapal. Mais je ne m'avoue pas vaincue car il existe des recours européens !

Lieferung erst nach Geschäftsführerbeschwerden (Lieferzeit 7 Monate);
Bestellung und Bezahlung erfolgten im Februar. Die Lieferung erfolgte erst nach über sieben Monaten und erst nach der zweiten Beschwerde an die Geschäftsführung und Androhung von juristischen Schritten im September.
Trotz mehrfacher Mahnungen wurden auch zugesagte neue Liefertermine nicht eingehalten; Reaktionen bestanden überwiegend aus Vertröstungen erfundenen Begründungen/Lügen.
Der Lieferung wurden überhaupt keine Dokumente beigefügt, es gab keine Hinweis zum Inhalt der "Holzkiste". Selbst die Aufbauanleitung fehlte und wurde auch erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung nachgereicht.
Zusätzlich war die Abwicklung sehr dubios: Onlinebestellung; Bestelleingang offensichtlich in Dänemark, Reaktionen zu Beschwerden aus Norwegen, Lieferung aus Lettland, Absender Luxvinduer.
Zusagen, Teile der Zahlung zurück zu überweisen, werden nicht eingehalten; Nachfragen/Mails werdeneinfach ignoriert.
Abgabe von (negativen) Bewertungen ist über den Internetauftritt erst gar nicht möglich!
NIE wieder. Auf keinen Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Vorsicht!

Gewächshaus Anfang April bestellt, nie geliefert. Was danach folgte, war ein monatelanger Kampf: erst vertröstet, dann Funkstille. Auf Schreiben wurde nicht reagiert, zugesagte Liefertermine wurden mehrfach nicht eingehalten. Ich musste schließlich über Käuferschutz und am Ende sogar über Anwälte gehen – insgesamt über 8 Monate, bis ich mein Geld zurückhatte. So stelle ich mir keinen seriösen Onlinekauf vor.
