Recently ordered a LaDoubleJ silk tunic from Bloomingdales. Instead of sending it they called me to tell me they cancelled my order as they had found stains in the tunic before sending it. They even sent me photos. Not the outcome I wanted, but a great service!

Awful experience with the delivery, they did not deliver the day they promised, called several times the other day, I do mot know what for. The bloomingdales official account promised the delivery partber will send an sms, not a call. Finally disturbed my dog and me. Awful experience

I recently received a gift from Bloomingdale's — Ichendorf Milano set of 6 tea cups with a pot. When I opened one piece at home, I realized the design was not to my likings and decided to exchange the entire set. However, during the exchange process at the store, while the staff was opening the box themselves, they discovered that a small decorative snail attached to one of the saucers had come loose.
Shockingly, instead of understanding that this could easily happen during transport or poor packaging by their own staff— and despite the fact that the item was still in perfect, unused condition — a staff member named Taj immediately refused the exchange. Even worse, when I kindly offered to PAY for any repair service, he still declined any form of support. I am deeply disappointed with how Bloomingdale’s handled this situation.
For a brand that claims to stand for luxury, quality, and customer satisfaction, this was a completely unacceptable experience. I expected better — both in customer service and in the flexibility to resolve a very minor issue fairly.
Sadly, as a regular costumer this experience has made me rethink shopping at Bloomingdale’s Home, and I would not recommend them to others based on how poorly they handled a simple exchange request.

Extremely slow website. They need to do a with images / speed up page uploading times, as it does not offer a good user experience.

Good selection and pricing. Deliveries and returns are super well executed. Never had any issues. The physical store experience is fantastic too.

Le service clients est très mauvais, commandes livrées avec des heures ou des jours de retard. Des parties de commandes sont annulées sans notification ou explication.
Ils ne livrent plus sans contact et exigent que vous soyez présent à votre domicile pour la livraison, ce qui est possible si ils respectaient les créneaux fixés. Ils refusent aussi de laisser les colis aux Concierges de l'immeuble, c'est donc très compliqué de commander chez bloomingdales dubai. Il vaut mieux éviter, il y a des concurrents bien plus fiables aux Emirats.
