Placed a small order and received an email thanking me for my purchase. Order was shipped out in timely fashion

I ordered a dried flower item. When it arrived, it was all broken and in 1000 little unusable pieces. I finally had to contact them and threaten them with filing a fraud complaint before they refunded my money. Since then, I’ve tried to STOP receiving their email advertising. TWICE NOW, I have requested via their SNAIL MAIL address listed on their site to have my email taken off of their mailing list. I AM STILL GETTING DAILY RMAIL ADVERTISEMENTS FROM THEM. Even if I move the email to my junk, it shows up the next day.

Pretty products are ridiculously overpriced. Similar items are much much cheaper elsewher.

I ordered a set of hemp sheets from Bloomist, and the quality is unmatched (and I have worked for a few companies that sold high-end bedding!). Shipping was fast, packaging was top-notch, and overall it was a pleasant shopping experience.

We got the most comfortable set of bedding and a beautiful bunch of faux plants for our living room vases. Shipping was faster than expected, even around the holidays!

I ordered an area rug the Friday before Labor Day, it took them 2 weeks to process my order and give me a tracking. As it turns out, they use Xpress Global System as delivery service that apparently only delivers in my area (Philly suburb/Wilmington metro) once a week. For $10 more I could have ordered the rug from elsewhere and would have gotten it already. Lesson learned, I would avoid shopping at Bloomist at all cost.

I ordered an item for an anniversary gift 2 weeks in advance. After 10 days UPS still says that they have not received the item from Bloomist. I have called them to ask if they can look into this and all they can do is tell me to wait. They will not do anything to remedy the situation or send a new item. I was told I have to wait 14 business days which will be long past my anniversary.

I ordered a vase from their site and two weeks later realizing I had yet to hear from them I contacted them to ask about delivery. They sent me an email saying they had oversold the product and couldn’t deliver so my purchase was being cancelled. I read other reviews and realize they have a history of not delivering on purchases. I won’t order from them again.

Bloomist is a high priced "floral" shop for dried botanicals, various trinkets for home decor, etc. I purchased 2 of their "natural" products and was not pleased with their quality, especially for the staggering price. I wrote a less than enthusiastic review (3 stars), and they have not posted it, more than a month later. Apparently, from their website, only 5 star reviews are allowed.
