I recieved emails within the hour from customer service. I asked for a change on the cover and they had it done within a day and the book to me in a week. Great experience and a excellent illustration.

I orderd a book for my great neices birthday. I could not wait to give it to her on her birthday. So since it was a special gift from Auntie, she got it early. I snapped a picture and will always cherish that exicted look she had. She absolutely loved it! She told me later that day she had read entire book & planned to read it to her Mom at bedtime the day I gave it to her. Quality was perfect and the option to add siblings names in some stories made it personable. I searched several book site options & so glad I used Blossom Reads!

Customer Service was AMAZING! I received quick responses and results were spot on. They kept working until everything was perfect. The actual book is top quality. My granddaughter carries HER book with her…everywhere! She is so proud. She loves that her best friends, sister and pets are all in a book with her. A wonderful keepsake.

I loved the book but customer experience was very bad. I was overcharged and was told it was 4 books and charged me $39.95 for the o e book plus shipping, but on the web site the most a book is $29.95. When I messaged them about my problem they just said sorry about the misunderstanding but didn't offer to fix the problem.

It was amazing to have a book centered around my granddaughter, family and her friends. Illustrations, storyline and pictures were exceptional.

Creating a book for my granddaughter, Maddie, was so fun and easy. The book looks amazing and is sure to be a family keepsake forever. They customized the book to include Maddie's favorite stuffed animal, pets and family members. And, they were great about making my requested edits quickly. Bought my nephew the farm time book he absolutely loves it he loves seeing the animals he loves seeing himself in it .its a good price and was a quick delivery

The website was a bit hard to use- had to write the story twice- but otherwise it was fantastic! The AI did an amazing job making her look similar, I wish the animals could be the same on each page for story consistency. Otherwise it was a great experience! Very personal for the child!

didn't get the book. ordered at the beginning of month of March, over a week before childs birthday as a gift for him. Its 2 days away from being April. Still no receipt or book, although I've been told it's been reprinted and resent and expected in the first week of April....

AI slop, thin trash paperback book for $60. Specifically asked for all images to be cohesive instead of some realistic and some more animated and it came with all photos realistic except the ONE they wouldn’t show me in the preview which came out super animated
