I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this service.

I was charged $29 for a subscription and realized it almost immediately. I canceled the subscription right away and did not use the service at all — no activity, no downloads, nothing. Despite that, when I contacted their support team to request a refund, they either refused or did not provide a reasonable solution.

What makes this worse is the lack of flexibility and customer care. For a subscription that was canceled immediately and never used, issuing a refund should have been straightforward. Instead, the process felt rigid and dismissive.

This experience gives the impression that the company prioritizes keeping small subscription fees over building long-term customer trust. I expected a more professional and customer-friendly approach.

I would advise others to carefully review the subscription terms before signing up, as resolving billing issues may not be easy.

ANOTHER SCAM TO ADD TO THE LIST

IT DESERVES 0-STARS. What a disappointment. They charged me 3 times in 2 weeks. There is literally ZERO assistance. Only some crazy AI services that doesn't know how ro resolve issues. I was trying to create ONE video to add to my YouTube post...waisted a day... thinking the problem was me.

Biggest scam. Got signed up to a subscription at blotato when buying a 10usd json file from gumroad that sid not even work. Real scam should not be allowed on this site

Blotato is a SaaS product sold only at blotato.com. We don't sell JSON files on Gumroad, and we don't bundle subscriptions with third-party Gumroad purchases. It sounds like you may have been charged by a separate seller who was using Blotato's name without authorization, which is something I'd genuinely want to investigate.

free trial is a LIE, barely added just 1 facebook account and "Your subscription payment is past due" shows up. Can't even try it properly and then choose to pay a subscription.

I only wish I could give zero stars

I only wish I could give zero stars. I’m paying for this software because I needed API access.

I had no free trials because inorder to use the API, you need a subscription. But can you believe I can’t even log into the account I’m paying for.

It regects my email as if I have not signed up but it sure didn’t reject my money when I payed and I’m guessing it won’t reject to charge the monthly payment.

The customer service is nonexistent and this feels like a joke and something that was made by a 13 yr old in a coding bootcamp from his mom’s basement.

In all my 20 years experience with software I still havnt seen a bigger joke than this.

I’ve never sued any company in my life but then again, I’ve never seen any company that deserves being sued more than this blotatoe joke

Shitty app i strongly recommend to…

Shitty app i strongly recommend to don`t use it! i paid for a base subscription of 29$ and after i got charged i still couldn`t access the platform saying that i need to pay for a subscription in order to use their webapp! i tried several times to get in touch with them via email and in their support chat but with no result even after 48 h passed. i asked my bank to solve this case and luckly they will give me a refund. i have all the evidence of what i m saying. i hope for all of you that they will close their app so no1 will get scammed as i hhave did!

It's a shitty platform

It's a shitty platform, they charge you fast and the platform is not up and running, you have downtimes and too many issues, integration problems (instagram in my case), so disappointed! Not recommended at all.

Actually it is not useless and you could get some good generations with their platform, but there are a few significant issues with quality.

It looks like the company wants to take the first payment and doesn't care about the quality of the product you get. I would not count on this service in the long run.

I join the trial subscription but i…

I join the trial subscription but i canceled it for the same day. I add 1 star because i didn't see anywhere to upload images to animate a character and upload videos ex to create a new one. Also i didn't like that i registered without email confirmation and also i didn't see the option to delete my account so ex even if i cancel my subscription after ex many months if they come and charge me and say me, no , you didn't cancel your subscription. Also i tried to delete my card and didn't see any option for this. Anyway any platform must be user friendly and to easy to navigate and ex delete even your account and to not follow complex processes.
