I had a bad experience with their…
I had a bad experience with their services, apart from the apologies given and well received.
On the 11th of September 26 at 12.30 am, I was left without a taxi at Gatwick Airport due to a sudden taxi "breakdown". I did not know until I contacted them by WhatsApp. I waited for an hour, and then I had to find another taxi at a much higher cost, of course.
There was a lack of communication, even when I asked them to let me know if I should book another taxi to get to my destination in Reading.
So far, only one way was refunded. I am still awaiting a refund for the return journey, which I have asked them to cancel, as the trust was lost.
This is the first time I have had such a bad experience. It can happen, but I think it is fair to mention for improving their services and communication.
Advice: Please reserve separate one-way tickets instead of a full round-trip journey to avoid issues.

The driver was professional, friendly, and reliable, making the journey smooth and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic service and an excellent driver. Highly recommended!
