I ordered three dolls from here. Aside from their potbellies and bowed legs, the dolls' faces are truly adorable. Actually, there were no problems with the packaging—it was quite good—but in my received order on August 6th, I had included a matching baby undershirt and bottom set priced at £9.99; the bottom piece was missing from the package—they simply had not included it. Although I received quite reasonable replies to my numerous emails, nothing has come of it; they neither refunded the £9.99 nor sent the missing item, so I am still waiting. I will post an update here once there is a resolution.

Good range of products, fast delivery

I pre ordered Spring Maileg stock in January and as soon as everything had arrived it was packaged off immediately in June; as soon as the shipment arrived. It’s always tricky preordering stock so early, but Bluebell’s Burrow is such a credible shop that cares about the customers and the type of stock selected to sell. If you are looking for a shop that genuinely believes in enhancing and supporting imaginative play in little ones - and not so little ones, then I highly recommend this one.

With our order we were expecting the little brother and sister mouse which we didnt recieve, despite it being stated on the order and order receipt that they come with the suitcasa. We were told after its not included. Our daughter was extremely disappointed, as were we.
