Caring, polite and professional carers
My mothers long term carer left us suddenly and Bluebird was recommended to me. I was worried about my mothers reaction to new people but she now looks forward to them coming and is getting to know them as we have the same people coming through the week.
They have all been amazingly gentle and kind to her, spending time to build a relationship with her and ensuring her needs are met.
They have also proved really helpful keeping my mother clean and her rooms neat and tidy.
i am so delighted I found Bluebird and their wonderful staff. It takes a great burden away from me.
