I've worked at Bluebird Care for 12years,starting as a care worker and progressing to supervisor role. Throughout my journey, Bluebird has consistently provided excellent care to its customers while also being a fantastic place to work. Since joining Bluebird what I have found is every aspect of my role as a carer centres around Day to Day Communication and support to ensure that I am able to give the best care to the people I visit. For me the ones I enjoy the most are.

I first joined Bluebird over 4 years ago, brand new to care. The training ( in office and out on the field) was informative and I could tell they really care about their customers and their carers. I joined Bluebird Stafford just over a year ago this with the wish to enable others to remain at home with the necessary support for as long as possible. The workers are always punctual and have any information they need. They have appropriate clothing and footwear for the long walks which I need. I feel safe and supported while out with them. I enjoy the friendly company, and the experience helps me to cope with my day to day problems.
