Over the past 5 years, I've shifted to entirely buying my underwear from Bluebuck for at least three reasons. First is quality. I love the softness of the material and fit, as well as the comfort of the waistband. Second is the materials and company ethics. I appreciate their efforts to use sustainable or recycled materials. Third is customer service. The two times I've reached out for customer service support I've received a reply that acknowledges my question or concern and immediately seeks to rectify it. If all companies treated their customers this way, the world would be a better place.

Ces boxers sont superbes !
J’en avais acheté auparavant d’une autre marque soi-disant portugaise, mais les produits m’ont été envoyé de Chine. Ils étaient prétendus en bambou, mais se sont avérés être en polyester, avec des coutures irritant l’entre-jambes.
Ceux de Bluebuck n’ont rien à voir !! Ils sont légers, soyeux, confortables, respirants.

Product is great - best quality and fit I have found. Delivery was not the fastest but this did not overly impact the experience

Je poste ce deuxième avis car suite à ma première réclamation où le service client n'avait pas répondu à mes mails, ce dernier a pris les choses en main. Ils se sont d'abord excusés et m'ont expliqué ce malentendu. Ils m'ont ensuite adressé un colis afin d'effectuer un échange. J'ai donc beaucoup apprécié la réactivité du service qui s'en est suivie. De plus, les produits reçus sont de très bonne qualité et me vont très bien. Je suis très satisfait et je repasserai certainement une commande ultérieurement.

Les boxers sont de très bonne qualité. Ils étaient par contre trop grands pour mon mari. J'ai contacté le service après vente qui a été à l'écoute et très réactif.

Total super Unterhosen, die besten die ich je gekauft habe. Fühlen sich super an, sind super bequem. Außerdem made in europe, die asiatiachen sachen kann man vergessen :D

I ordered 2 pairs of briefs. One from the Tencel range and the other from the Sport range. Both were made of great quality materials and styled nicely. The fit of the Tencel pair was spot on and were very comfortable to wear. Unfortunately the Sport pair came up smaller in the waist. Bluebuck kindly offered to replace them for a different pair. Excellent customer service and great quality underwear.

I do like your product but delivery was messed up and still waiting for one item to be delivered the white with red striped trunks xl. Love the product but the delivery was a mess.
