Hallo zusammen,
ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem 20 Monate alten SUP, da sich die Schweiß-/Klebenaht an der Nase leicht gelöst hatte. Nachdem ich den Service von Bluefin kontaktiert hatte, wurde mir angeboten, das SUP zur Kontrolle einzuschicken. Anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch, da ich die Versandkosten selbst tragen musste, habe mich jedoch entschieden, es einzuschicken, da eine fachgerechte Nacharbeit durch den Hersteller sicherlich besser ist.
Umso überraschter und erfreuter war ich, als ich bei der Rücklieferung ein nagelneues Board erhalten habe! Ein großes Dankeschön an das Serviceteam von Bluefin für diesen herausragenden Kundenservice.
Fazit: 5 Sterne – absolut empfehlenswert!

Buyer Beware
I bought a Bluefin Cruise Carbon 12' board last September and have used it only a few times. Recently, when I went to use it again, I discovered that nearly all the mounting points for the bungee tie-downs are either falling off or on the verge of detaching. Bluefin's customer support offered me a link to buy glue on Amazon or an option to ship the board back to them for repairs at my expense. I am very disappointed in the quality of this board, especially considering I paid $800.00 USD for it. In contrast, I have Isle boards that are over six years old and have never experienced any issues with them.
**Update 10-22-24** Regarding the reply from Bluefin to my review. I did contact help@bluefintrading on 10-15-24. My support ticket 85311 was handled by Kenzie. If you read my original review you will see what options I was given. Considering this board was purchased on September 17th, 2023 and just over 1 year it is falling apart is extremely surprising. What is even more surprising is that Bluefin is not standing behind their product. Whomever is replying to your reviews should actually "read" the review. Your reply asks me to contact your support when I in fact already had. Extremely poor customer service.

Although more expensive than most other brands Blue fin is worth every penny. I had no experience SUP’s and am really enjoying the Bluefin 12’ cruise, advertised as perfect for beginners and intermediate level it does everything you want and more. The only thing I regret is that I only bought 1, having to wait for my family to give it back is boring. The board is easy to inflate and easily carries 2 adults, the accessories are very good and the customer service is excellent, fast and friendly. I will definitely be buying another one soon 👍👍

Broken Sprint Carbon, quick replacement
I had a Sprint Carbon SUP which broke after a little more than ywo years. Hence the five year warranty covered this. As the Sprint Carbon had been discontinued, the Bluefin support gave me a new Nitro SUP. The support was quick and really helpful. Thanks guys!

Paddelbruch schnell behoben
Nachdem ich jetzt das zweite Board mein Eigen nenne bin ich immer noch sehr zufrieden. Für den Flugurlaub kam zum Rogue noch ein Cruise Carbon Light dazu. Leider hatte ich übersehen, das beim Paddelstecksatz eine Passung der Teile drei und vier nicht gegeben war, es war ein Spalt von 5mm verblieben, an dem die innere Hülse von Teil vier brach. Kurze Sachverhaltsschilderung mit Bildern, schon ist das Teil unterwegs!
Immer wieder Klasse - die Boards so oder so!

Peddels breken snel!
De vorige Bluefinn SUP liet snel bubbels zien onder het anti-slip gedeelte. Hier hebben we uiteindelijk een nieuwe SUP voor ontvangen waar we tevreden over zijn. We moesten echter het hele pakket retour zenden, inclusief de peddels. De nieuwe peddels die we van Bluefinn ontvangen hebben zijn van zeer slechte kwaliteit. Na 2 weken gebruik zijn ze doorgebroken, bij normaal gebruik. Echter weigeren ze hierop de garantie omdat het oorspronkelijke product langer dan een jaar geleden is aangeschaft. Op de vervanging zit dus eigenlijk geen garantie. Let dus op! De nieuwe peddels zijn van zeer slechte kwaliteit!

I bought a brand new (ex demo) Paddle board from them, which I was assured would be completely defect free.
Lo and behold it came with cracks to the fin boxes, and missing attachments to the pump (no foot stand and snapped deflate nozzle).
I arranged a return through bluefin. The return took over 2 weeks to process.
I was then issued with a tracking number for my replacement.
This item never showed up. I contacted bluefin numerous times to chase this up and was told every day they were “looking into it”. 2 weeks later they finally agreed to send another paddle board to me.
This finally arrived, 5 weeks after purchasing an expensive board in good faith! I was utterly amazed to find they had sent me an older model, that had been refurbished, in place of my original latest model that was new!
I have asked Bluefin numerous times for contact details to discuss this outrageous experience with someone but they will not supply this.
This is the worst customer service experience I have experienced.
I have sent back the old version, refurbished paddle board and have requested a full refund.
Please don’t be fooled by their strong marketing techniques, they are completely scamming you and supply the most inept, frustrating customer service department you will ever deal with!

Riesen SUP
Das SUP ist super. Bei der ersten Nutzung des „Sitzes“ gab es leider 2 Druckstellen, die nicht mehr raus gingen. Auf die Funktion hat das keinen Einfluss. Trotzdem war man beim Kundenservice sehr freundlich bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Und das haben wir ganz unkompliziert. Danke!

Great products, amazing customer service
I have tried 4-5 different SUP board manufacturers so far. Out of all of them the boards from Bluefin were by far the best. Bit more expensive but definitely worth the price. The customer support replies astonishingly quick. Even on a Sunday I once got an answer within minutes. Everyone on the team was very helpful so far. No. 1 recommondation for my friends and family.
