We had a fantastic experience with BlueKeys. Our driver, Vitiello Vincenzo, was professional, punctual and drove safely throughout the journey. At the end of the trip, I accidentally paid him too much, and he quickly called to let me know and came back to return the extra money. We really appreciated his honesty and excellent service. We would definitely use BlueKeys again and highly recommend them!

حجزت فيلا في مراسي عن طريق BlueKeys لمدة 4 أيام، ودفعت حوالي 250 ألف جنيه. بصراحة، بالسعر ده وفي مكان زي مراسي، آخر حاجة كنت أتوقعها إني أستلم فيلا بالقذارة دي.

أول ما دخلنا اكتشفنا الآتي:

* ملاية عليها نقط دم واضحة.
* ملاية تانية عليها ميك أب وشعر.
* الملايات والفرش كلهم مبَرّرين ومتهالكين، وواضح إنهم مستخدمين من سنين
.
* السجاد حتى مش معمول بالمكنسة، وعليه فتافيت وبقايا أكل.
* لقينا دبان وحشرات ميتة على الكنب.
* فرش الدور الأول كله متهالك ومليان بقع غريبة.
* ريحة الحمامات مقرفة جدًا ولا تُحتمل.
أقذر وأسوأ من الفرش الأول! ولما اعترضت قالولي إنه جاي من الـdry clean، مع * غرفة المساعدة مفيهاش مخدة أساسًا، والفرش الموجود فيها قذر بشكل غير طبيعي.

كلمت BlueKeys وشرحت لهم الوضع، قالولي: «مش مشكلة، هنبعتلك فرش تاني». الفرش البديل وصل، والمفاجأة إنه كا
نإن حالته ما كانتش تقول كده خالص.

طلبت منهم يشوفولنا فيلا تانية أو يقدموا أي حل حقيقي، قالولي مفيش بديل. الحل الوحيد اللي عرضوه إنهم يبعتوا حد ينضف تاني يوم، بعد ما استلمنا الفيلا واتصدمنا في حالتها بالفعل.

دي مش شوية ملاحظات بسيطة في النظافة؛ دي فيلا ما كانش ينفع تتسلّم لضيف من الأساس. مستحيل حد يدفع ربع مليون جنيه في 4 أيام داخل مراسي، وفي الآخر يستلم مكان بالشكل ده.

كل حاجة ذكرتها موثقة بالصور.

تجربة سيئة جدًا، ومش أنصح أي حد يحجز عن طريق BlueKeys. ولو مضطر تحجز، ما تدفعش أو تستلم قبل ما تفحص كل سرير وكل أوضة بنفسك.

Worst Stay I’ve Ever Had — EGP 250,000 for a Filthy Villa

I booked a villa in Marassi through BlueKeys for four nights and paid around EGP 250,000. At this price, and in a premium destination like Marassi, I never expected to walk into a villa in such a disgusting condition.

This is what we found:

* One bedsheet had visible blood spots on it.
* Another had makeup stains and hair.
* All the sheets and bedding were worn out, heavily pilled and looked like they had been used for years.
* The carpets hadn’t even been vacuumed and still had crumbs and food remains on them.
* We found dead flies and insects on the sofas.
* The furniture throughout the ground floor was worn out and covered in strange stains.
* The bathrooms smelled absolutely disgusting.
* The maid’s room didn’t even have a pillow, and the bedding inside was unbelievably dirty.

I contacted BlueKeys and explained the situation. They told me, “No problem, we’ll send replacement bedding.” The replacement they sent was somehow even dirtier and worse than the original bedding. When I complained again, they insisted it had come from the dry cleaner, even though its condition clearly suggested otherwise.

I asked them to move us to another villa or offer a proper solution, but they said there was no alternative available. Their only solution was to send someone to clean the villa the following day, after we had already checked in and discovered this mess.

These weren’t a few minor cleaning issues. This villa should never have been handed over to a guest in the first place. Nobody should pay a quarter of a million Egyptian pounds for four nights in Marassi and receive a property in this condition.

An extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I absolutely do not recommend booking through BlueKeys. If you still decide to book with them, do not pay or accept the property before personally checking every room, bed and bathroom.
