This torch is phenomenal but it isn’t secure enough on my service uniform. I have had to purchase a little Keyring and Carabina in order to use it safely and prevent loss.

Excellent service .Top product , quick delivery.

Shipping was fast unfortunately the item arrived with a gash on the edge (I assume this happed in shipping).

Aside from that I'm very happy with this transaction.

5 star service, order stock in for me and the delivery came quickly. The item is of very good quality too. Would recommend to anyone.

Quick delivery, hassle free

Never heard anything for over a week after placing the order. I even asked if it was coming and got no reply then it just said shipped.

The product is good but I was very much in the dark on delivery schedules.

I keep getting emails asking me to review an order I still haven’t received. I get it’s probably automated but seriously?! It’s getting annoying now. The Shop app shows it as shipped but I haven’t had any shipping updates either so just kind of assuming it’s en route and will arrive at some point.

Great product

Was looking a compact hands free torch order a couple of days ago and came express arriving today - compact and bright and easily attached to vests
Would recommend !

Great little product, so bright, the different lighting modes are a great touch.

Easy to order, prompt shipment and the item was excellent quality.
Very bright red and blue flashing light feature and very versatile white light torch options.

Sadly out of the 3 items I ordered I’ve received only one. I was told that one thing was out of stock and the other on the way, but the torch hasn’t arrived and there still isn’t a sign of the refund for the out of stock item. Not an acceptable standard of service in my opinion.

Ordered on the 10th Jan and has still not arrived. I’ve emailed them many times but no response.

I recently purchased one of the tactical torches to replace both my bog standard issued work torch and my “larry torch” that I was finding too large and inconvenient to carry around with me. I mainly purchased it for the size of the torch and how much more easier it would be to carry on my uniform, however I must say I was extremely impressed with the quality of the torch itself and how bright it actually is!! PLUS, no need for batteries which is even better :D will definitely be recommending my team to get their hands on one of these!

Best customer service and great quality items. Recommend 100%
