Very good experience setting up the transfer from our old system to the new system. Highly recommend, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient, Blue Portal worked hard to minimise disruption of work environment. Overall very happy with the service. Extra praises to Eddie, Jack and Matt for making it a smooth journey during transfer.

Exceptional Telecoms Supplier!
After working with several telecoms suppliers (and having terrible experiences) I was introduced to Eddie and his team who have continued to be amazing, always providing service 'a step ahead' of their competitors. No job is too big, they are always pro-active and totally take on your frustrations as their own to ensure any potential issues are resolved asap. Fortunately for us, Blueportal have not been guilty of creating any issues, more fixing issues from previous suppliers. Thanks so much for being a great asset to our telemarketing business!
