Excellent working relationship we had

They gave me good advice about publishing my book in a month. Timely response, little bit of delay on delivering the book on decided date but overall good experience.

My pblshng xprnce wd BlueRose was gud. I didn't hv a big budget fr publishing my book but bluerose with their wide pblsng range helped me get it done for less. I chose their DIY pack nd m hpy with the overall product. The communication was a bit slow sometimes but overall, I'm hpy with how my book turned out. it a decent experience overall 😊

POOR SERVICE, IT TOOK WAY TOO LONG FOR A BOOK COVER THAT I GAVE THEM THE DESIGN FOR TO COME BACK AND EVEN WHEN IT DID THE FONT WAS NOT APPROVED SO THE COVER WAS STILL INCOMPLETE. NO RECOMMENDATIONS FROM ME

The service is very very poor. Also the charges is abnormal and all the promises are false. The author struggle to get the services done. They totally have unprofessional approach.

My wife has gone through a horrible time with Bluerose. There are so many issues. Cost is astronomical. Looks like we have been deceived with this high cost. We have given the design and proofing of content. They have not anything besides publishing. Their team is horrendous. No one speaks the truth. A horrible experience and I would not recommend Bluerose publishers

Working with Blue Rose Publishers was a great experience! My editor's feedback was insightful and helped me improve my manuscript a lot. They also broke down the publishing process for me, explaining things like editing, design, marketing, and distribution. It wasn't always easy, but having them there to answer my questions made a big difference.

Blue Rose Publishers is not reliable. They harass the authors when it comes to paying the royalty. The release doesnt happen even after several requests. They keep giving excuses. I have published almost five books one after another. When the sales started happening and royalty release request was placed they initially gave excuse that its released within 45 days, then follow up stated its after 45 working days…followed post that and still following up there is just an excuse internal technology breakdown…wonder why this happens everytime an author requests for the royalty release but when internal release is requested for adjustments against the platforms usage (Amazon/. FLipkart) it happens exactly in three days time. Overall highly disappointed and going forward would not recommend Blue Rose Publishers as a reliable longterm partner at all. Choice is yours if you wish not to take your royalties then go with them or else dont.

It is a highly unprofessional publication house. Once u pay up the money u cannot reach them. I signed up and paid them the booking amount and the first instalment. Thereafter it is impossible to speak to them. Whenever I call them I get the computer generated message that all the staff are busy .
My WhatsApp messages to a person Yash who was supposedly my dedicated person from blue rose is seen but not responded to.
It’s basically a fraud and so stay away from this company.

I am Upakar Rai, and am an author of “Rhododendrons of Singalila National Park…” published by BlueRose. I feel compelled to share my experience publishing with BlueRose.
In the initial stages, the response of the sales manager was excellent, they guiding through the process, helped with the need-based selection of the package, and promptly replies to queries. The project manager was also attentive and quick to address issues and concerns.
However, post-publication, I found the response from both the sales manager and project manager has been unsatisfactory. Every author is entitled to author’s copy, and even though my book is available online, they have not upheld the terms of our contract. I have sent several remainders, each time I receive an email from different departments assuring me of delivery within a week but it has been two and half month with no resolution. The project manager appears to lack control over the team and constantly shifts responsibility between departments. Their unprofessionalism was further highlighted when I received an email stating that the copies to be delivered were all defective. I am awaiting my copies.
My personal experience with BlueRose has been unsatisfactory particularly post-publication. I, urge BlueRose to review their post-publication policies to maintain their reputation.

Do not or ever think about registering a book under this publishing house.

They will only give you a long headache.

1. They falsely call asking for money.
2. They do not pay full royalties and delay the royalties.
3. Their customer service is 0/10
4. They are impeccably rude.
5. They make several spelling mistakes on the book
6. They do NOT know a thing about book publishing.

They have 0/10 customer service and are frauds.

Do not reccomend and do not think about trying.

I had an amazing journey, they were always with me, and whenever I had any problem, or mistakes which I made, they always helped me, they're like family to me..... always helping me......Thank you so much, ma'am I am so grateful that I have trusted Blue Rose Publisher, many of my relatives and friends were saying that it was a fraud and not to trust them.... but I still trusted... thank you so much, for helping me in this journey. I will always praise Blue Rose Publisher, in front of my colleagues, friends, and relatives as well as in front of my family.

My first dream book of short stories have been published today by Blue Rose Publishers. I had an extremely smooth journey with them and my book has been published in a record time. The whole team has been very professional in their approach, and has been a very satisfying experience. The package is very reasonable and you get full value for your money.

Although I was a bit hesitant at first, but, with the passage of time I was extremely overwhelmed seeing the hardwork and dedication of the Blue Rose Publication. I am extremely gratified with the end product.

As an author with extensive experience, I feel compelled to share my honest and impactful feedback about my interactions with BlueRose. My name is Omkara Cheetrala, and I am the author of "The Zeroth Apple" published by BlueRose.

Pros:
1. The sales manager initially appeared attentive, kind and provided suggestions based on specific needs, helping me select the best package.
2. They have wonderful Cover Designers, who have patience and respect for what they work on. I have to quote Yash, who did an amazing job in designing my book's cover page.
3. They do have some sweet Video Editors. I have to quote Sakshi, who was very consistent in getting the quality work done.

Average:
1. The Editor services may not add significant value if the author is already proficient in English.

Cons:
1. The Beautification team demonstrated a lack of understanding and expertise in their work, failing to deliver satisfactory results.
2. Furthermore, the Marketing team’s approach felt deceitful, prioritized gaining followers on social media rather than driving book sales.
3. Despite their claims of being experts, I discovered that BlueRose outsources the crucial task of creating, uploadingand e-books on Amazon Kindle to a sub-vendor, resulting in a loss of control and accountability.
4. The team lacks experience in e-book publishing, as evidenced by the significantly longer time taken for them to complete a task that could be done quickly using Kindle's free tools.
5. I had to independently create my own Kindle, Goodreads, and Flipkart author pages because BlueRose couldn't assist me until my book was published, as they claimed. Unfortunately, they had already published it in paperback format long before, which shows their lack of understanding and awareness in this regard.
6. The project suffered from delays and uncertainty due to a lack of timely communication and a limited workforce.
7. If the team member assigned to your project goes on a personal vacation, there is a significant setback as you won't know when they will return or when the project can be resumed, and there is no communication during this period.
8. Once the book was published, making even minor changes became difficult, with slow re-sponses and lack of suppoa rt.
9. After full payment, the level of respect and cooperation diminished significantly.
10. As an author seeking reliable and trustworthy publishing services, I cannot recommend BlueRose due to their inabilityitseliver a seamless and professional experience.

In summary, my experience with BlueRose has been unsatisfactory. As an author striving for excellence and seeking a publishing partner who values expertise and professionalism, I would advise consideriadvisernative options.
