Very happy with the service, delivery and product.

Super friendly transaction process, fast delivery. Everything is perfect. I just found the website is little bit slow but still ok. Recommend!

I cannot recommend this Company enough!
I had an issue with a Leifheit product and Ann immediately responded and liaised with the manufacturer and resolved it with complimentary spare parts. I hadnt even purchased the product from them. What Wonderful customer service from both Bluestone and Leifheit. I applaud you both!

The website is really easy to use, and delivery is always super fast. I especially love that you can send your used Brita filters for free recycling and you get a discount on your next purchase. Such a simple way to shop responsibly.

Quick and free return service with discount for next purchase.

I ordered from bluestone.ie and was really impressed! The website is easy to use, delivery was super quick, and everything arrived exactly as expected. I love that they also make recycling BRITA filters simple with a discount for returns - such a smart, eco-friendly touch. Great service, great products, highly recommend!

Brita Filter indicator replacement sent for our water filter and previously for my mother-in-law.
Excellent service including signed compliment slip.

The item was easily ordered and delivered promptly.

Ann was very helpful on replacing brita filter jug timer and easy to recycle cartridges using An Post returns service.

Fantastic service, prompt delivery and, most important, to be able to telephone and talk to a human being without having to go through the rigmarole of press 1 for this press 2 for that etc

Rang customer service and got all answers that I needed in a professional manner. Quick delivery. Ordered around 11:30am. Received the delivery next day by An Post.

Brilliant great service. Delivery was quick and efficient thanks.

Very happy with my long slot toaster, waffle maker, and hand mixer. All at great prices, great quality, and shipped quickly. Happy to find Bluestone as I was looking for better quality kitchen equipment but good prices.

As usual great!
Easy to use Webstore and prompt delivery !

Bluestone are amazing.. I always purchase the Brita OnTap Filter & the price is so reasonable but what I appreciate most is that I can return my used filter for 25% off my next filter and the process is seamless! 🙂 And the fact that the cartridge is going back to be properly recycled is great! Well done Bluestone!

Very good value for item. Arrived promptly and in perfect condition.

Fantastic service and great company

Excellent customer service and amazing staff, Ann was a total star and understood right away what I needed and offered the best solution to my needs. She offered a quick and eco friendly solution that exceeded my expectations.

Thank you so much for the help and can't stop recommending this brand!

I found a difficult to source product which I really needed , made in Europe and sourced through an Irish Company with free delivery and at a competitive price too .. well done Bluestone.
