Highly recommended company.
The other day I placed an order for two storage boxes. I then decided to order two more. I received a phone call from Blue Streak Crystals, which I missed, but they left a voicemail asking me to call them because they weren't sure whether it was a duplicate order or a I wanted four boxes. I called them and I talked to a lovely, chatty lady who, when I explained that I wanted four storage boxes, removed one of the delivery charges, which I hadn't thought of. All this happened within around 10 minutes of placing my order.
Not only do they have top quality
products and a very fast delivery service, they have excellent customer service too.
I have used Blue Strak Crystals for a number of years and cannot fault them.They are a highly recommended company.

Never disappointed
I had an Issue with my order where one of the items I ordered was out of stock. Customer service was very helpful and easy to deal with offering me different options to replace, wait or refund. They actually answer back very quickly. Delivery was fast and packaging was so cute! I don’t even need to comment on the products… always top quality and absolutely beautiful.

5+ Star Experience
I came upon bluestreakcrystals.com while searching for Swarovski, or a suitable Austrian crystal replacement, for my jewelry designs. I was having difficulty finding the specific crystal shapes and colors I needed. In addition to Swarovski, Bluestreak carries Serinity Crystal, which is their line of beautiful Austrian crystal. These crystals are gorgeous and the quality is definitely on par with Swarovski. Furthermore, I was completely blown away by the excellent customer service I received! Both Shaun and Shakeela were a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to doing business with Bluestreak Crystals again soon 😊

Bluestreak offers a huge selection of crystals and they have excellent customer service. I reached out with an issue I had and they fixed it for me immediately. I will definitely buy from them again! Serinity Crystals are on par with Swarovski in terms of quality and I love how much more accessible they are to everyone!

Put a little sparkle in your day
Whats not to like or love.if you love a sparkle then this is the place to go. Beautiful crystals to suit all budgets many many different sizes, colours and shapes. Just starting out dont you worry they sell everything you need for any project from embellishments to jewellery making, even have cool little projects. And better still delivery times can be quick so your not waiting around for long. This is the only place i go to for everything hight qualitiy and when your sparkles sparkle, your in for a treat. Can not recommend enough.
