Unfortunately, my experience wasn't as smooth as I had hoped. The order was not ready on the agreed collection date, which caused delays to my project. When I got the worktop home, I also discovered it had been supplied too short in width, meaning it wasn't made to the agreed specification. In addition, we had specifically requested a square flush button, but this was missed and we were supplied with a small round flush button instead. While the staff were polite, these mistakes were disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I hope Bluewater KBB improve their quality checks and communication to prevent similar issues for future customers.

Great communication, advice and support making the whole process very easy. We love our new bathroom and have received huge compliments about the high quality and surprise by the good value for money price. The customer service was fantastic; always there at the end of the phone and email whenever we needed it. I recommend Bluewater KBB without reservation.

This is the 3rd time we have used Bluewater and as always the service and products have been outstanding.

We recently bought fitted bathroom furniture for a new en-suite bathroom and were so impressed by the service & quality provided by everyone at Bluewater that we ordered a second set for the main bathroom and also fitted wardrobes. From start to finish the staff have been nothing but outstanding, so helpful, confirming annd reconfirming measurements to ensure perfection and providing updates all the way along. The furniture looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier especially given the reasonable prices. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and everyone who will listen!!

We originally ordered our new bathroom back in 2017 with great quality and service back then, 5 years later when we wanted to purchase an additional matching item. Beth, Haps and the whole Admin Team went over and above to help source this for us. Prompt courteous and genuinely helpful. 5 stars.

Was recommended this company by my sister and I wasn’t disappointed . Excellent service , staff and delivery . Bathroom units seem very good quality although not fitted yet .

Haps was amazing. Truly professional service from start to finish. Kept me updated throughout the ordering process and sent samples out for me to choose correct colours. Went the extra mile would definitely use them for any further bathroom renovations.

This is the second bathroom i have done using Bluewater cabinets
I try to steer all of my customers bluewater way now
as the finish of the cabinets is first class as is the service from bluewater staff
My second bathroom i just wanted cabinets to fill the whole wall gave bluewater measurments and they sorted out my units with only millimetres to spare great job

I bought the mocha range and it looks lovely. The customer service was brilliant. I had a few problems and they bent over backwards to help me.

Bluewater bathrooms are simply the best. Firstly they sent me samples of their doors to help me pick. I wanted extras like bath panels etc that was no problem. I also wanted a 500 unit with double door that was no problem and then I wanted a bath tap to match my sink tap and nothing was a problem. Haps was amazing as is Mandy, customer service 100% The bathroom units arrived fully assembled with no damage whatsoever. My husband needed advice on installation so called and all queries dealt with right then. Amazing bathrooms and amazing people working at Bluewater so I can highly recommend them and my second bathroom is coming from them as soon as this one finished.

Bluewater recently made our kitchen which is absolutely stunning 🤩 we always get compliments! Staff were so helpful from the start and took our thoughts on board. We have another project starting this year with them which we are excited to make a start on!

I’ve used this company for years. The quality of their products is outstanding, staff are always helpful. If you get chance to visit the showroom I would say go! Highly recommend
