Proper timing with a good package. The brownies are so delicious with a beautiful decoration.

My order was meant to be delivered during the very unexpected really hot week in September. I was contacted to see if I would like to alter the date, so that my brownies wouldn’t be affected. I was so pleased as I was concerned.
I did alter the date and the brownies are delicious, the presentation was above my expectations. The whole process was faultless. I am a believer that if you pay a bit more for something you appreciate it more and take longer to savour it.

My friend loved how amazing the box looked with all the details and even filmed a video as she opened it up! We’ve ordered from Blushing Cook before and been very happy - such a treat.

For my daughter Emily's 21st Birthday I ordered Floral Brownies for delivery direct to her Uni House, as she was away from family for her birthday. They arrived exactly as expected and on time and they were by all accounts delicious tasting as well as looking amazing :-)

I use Blushing Cook a lot to send my thoughts to people. I've had a lot of friends and family this last year who have lost dear ones. They get lots of flowers so I send them flowers in the form of brownies from Blushing Cook and everyone is always delighted. I ordered the chocolate brownies which arrived promptly on the date requested. They were absolutely stunning - very very beautiful and very delicious. They were a treat for an 85th birthday celebration and they absolutely did justice to the occasion. Will definitely order again.

The courier company delivered to the wrong address, but before I could contact Blushing Cooks, a very helpful member of staff called me, as she'd received notification that the order had not been delivered. She talked me through what had happened even emailing a map showing where the courier company had delivered. She called them to see if they could still deliver, but they must have left the area, so the item was delivered the following day. I felt that I was a valued customer and Blushing Cook did everything to resolve the situation. Someone also contacted me the day of the delivery to make sure everything was ok. I think that it is when things go wrong that you really find out what a company is like. Blushing Cook's customer service couldn't have been better.
