Dear Trustpilot Support Team,

I am writing to request your assistance regarding an unresolved withdrawal dispute involving Bluvox.

A friend of mine, Mr. Muhammad Imran (Bluvox Account No. 48120), submitted a withdrawal request of USD 400 several months ago. The withdrawal was initiated following the advice of a Bluvox representative, who suggested withdrawing and redepositing the funds because the trading account had become inactive.

Despite the withdrawal request being submitted in January/February, the payment has never been received in his bank account. The withdrawal status continues to show as "Pending" on the Bluvox platform.

Over the past several months, he has repeatedly contacted Bluvox representatives and customer support seeking clarification and resolution. Unfortunately, no meaningful progress has been made. He was eventually informed that the matter could only be resolved by the company's owners or senior management in Dubai. The local representatives appeared unable to assist further, and communication subsequently became very limited.

A formal complaint has already been submitted directly to Bluvox, together with all relevant account details and supporting documents. However, despite the passage of several months, the withdrawal remains unresolved.

For your reference, we have enclosed evidence showing the pending withdrawal status and the correspondence sent to Bluvox requesting payment of the outstanding amount.

We respectfully request that Trustpilot review this matter and, if possible, encourage Bluvox to engage constructively and provide a clear explanation or resolution regarding this long-pending withdrawal request. The purpose of this complaint is not merely to recover the funds but also to ensure transparency and fair treatment of customers facing similar issues.

We would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide.
