I ordered a very expensive outdoor dining set mid April showing a delivery of 7-14 days. After 3 weeks I reached out and was told there was a delay in the shipment until the end of May. Second week in June I followed up and was told the shipment was still delayed and then informed it would arrive July 20 th. I really hate when companies show an item in stock knowing full well it isn’t. Blythe living had £2300 of mine for over nine weeks. I eventually asked for a refund on July 1 st and it still hasn’t been processed. The website still shows the item as being 7-14 days delivery.
