Exceptional service from start to finish. Extremely professional move service where no task was too big and every level of detail was made in order to make the move as quick and easy as possible. Cost was also extremely reasonable. I wouldn’t look to use anyone else but BMoved in the future.

The team at B-moved have given our charity a huge helping hand. AGAIN. They ferried items (cots, beds, clothing stock, baby kit etc) between hubs and homes and interacted with loads of staff and volunteers. Here’s some of the feedback they received:

Very good service moving us from SW London to Bristol. They did an excellent packing service, were incredibly fast and efficient and were great at putting our furniture back together at the other end - all while being good value for money and friendly.

Have used B Moved three times now and each time have found them extremely efficient , helpful , friendly - nothing is too much trouble . When one item got slightly damaged on the third move, they offered immediately to replace it or deduct the cost of the new item from the bill
Having moved 3 times in 16 months, I plan never to move again, but if I did , it would be with B Moved !

A brilliant, seamless move from Eddie and the team. We spent the morning of the move eating croissants and drinking coffee in the garden while the guys packed up - completely stress-free! Thank you for a great service. Not a thing was broken or lost, everything was packed securely and the vans were nice and new. Would definitely recommend.

BMoved were friendly and helpful from the initial enquiry right through to the follow up after the move. All our belongings arrived safely and we were very impressed with the attitude of the team. They arranged all the logistics from parking to packaging so we were able to focus on other aspects of the move. Nothing was too much trouble and they remained cheerful even when moving heavy furniture into a very awkwardly shaped house! We would highly recommend BMoved and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. We couldn’t have been more impressed. These guys are true professionals. They packed up our whole flat into labeled and carefully packed boxes, navigated several flights of stairs with heavy loads, unpacked and built everything at the other end and checked we were happy before leaving. We decided an hour after setting off that we wanted to take our fridge freezer. They returned quickly, researched the best way of packing it and communicated really well on what was a stressful day! A smooth, slick operation and everything done with a smile.

I moved from North West London to Suffolk and used B Moved for their full packing and move service. They packed me up on one day and then moved me on the second day as it was a 6 hour round trip. They even disconnected my washing machine and reconnected it at the other end, took stand off TV and put it back on again when they unpacked it from box and disassembled and reassembled furniture as needed. They placed all items exactly where I wanted them in my new house and were so calm, friendly, organised and professional that they made what was a stressful and emotional situation go as smooth as clockwork. Not a single item was broken in transit and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Worth every penny for the full packing service too!

As soon as Bart and the team set foot in our house we knew we were in safe hands. They took all of the stress and anxiety out of moving house.

Over the last couple of years BMoved has supported Paul's Cancer Support Centre in SW11 by donating services for auctions and supporting events. Most recently they have helped us again by collecting, delivering and assembling furniture that was donated to our Centre during lockdown.

We used BMoved for our London relocation. It was the fastest house move we ever completed. On top of that, we didn't have any damaged or lost items. We already recommended them several times.

We recently completed our move from Earlsfield to Isleworth and can highly recommend B Moved if you are looking for a stress free move.

With a 3 year old and 1 year old it could have been extremely stressful especially given lockdown and not being able to have anyone look after the children. Because of this we opted for the pack and move option. Both Nicola and Magda were incredibly responsive and helpful in their messages and made things very easy in booking in our requirements.

One of the team came and packed all our stuff up very efficiently and with care. He was incredibly respectful to us whilst in our home and treated our belonging as if they were his own.

On the day the team arrived on time and very quickly packed up the vans and we later met them at our new house. They were all incredibly friendly, working incredibly fast and efficiently and ensured that everything was as we wanted it. Anything they’d taken apart, such as beds, were carefully put back together where we wanted it. Nothing was too much for them, including coming back to pick up our boxes.

What i’d always envisaged would be a stressful few days was no stress at all. This is all thanks to the B moved team. Thank you Bart, Piotr and the rest of the team, you made the start of our life in our new home a very happy one.
