Initially went well enough did the order online , but then they rely on agents in different parts of the country to do the order, from an order placed till delivery best part of 3 weeks , when I contacted the agent about the missing order, I was promised a call back , had to call next day again , did get the order reasonable quickly after that, I suspect that cost of haulage may have had something to do with it but lack or no communication is not excusable, especially if when I needed steel for another project, used a local major steel stockholdert, ordered it speaking to a human, paid for it upfront delivered in 48 hrs at a reasonable cost , This company offered free delivery but put the job back 2 weeks, learnt my lesson will doing business local from now on

We stipulated a date for delivery. The steel sheet arrived a week early, then failed to be returned on the day we needed it. A phone call to discuss delivery, we agreed on a new date, the following day. Chasing this the following day and we were told the dispatch team forgot to load it onto the truck. At this point we requested a refund. Very unhappy with service.

Peterborough branch . An order was placed for steel channell ;box section was delivered staff refused to exchange as they state they confirmed but it was their error we have traded with them on a cash basis for twenty + years. WE will not trade with this company ever again

Product fine service and manners on the phone and at the reception terrible didn’t help just made it harder for myself even made me check out online when I was at the front desk very odd took me over 1 hour to get my few bits
