BNB Success

Great communication, detailed answers to questions

This is a company that really knows the ins and outs of how to run a successful short term rental business. And I don't mean to say that lightly. They don't just help you secure one or two properties. They set you up with automation solutions so you can reproduce your results across a whole portfolio. There are step by step modules that show you exactly what to do at each step of the process. I found these extremely useful as I did not have the mental burden to wonder if I made a mistake or not. The mentors have already been through the biggest hurdles of starting from scratch. You get 100% real answers on how they overcame mistakes they previously made. The whole experience is optimised to produce results. My biggest worries from the start were occupancy rates and bleeding money with rent costs. Since starting, I have around 75% occupancy rate. My mentor is Umut and he is there every step of the way and any question I had; he goes above and beyond to give me concise solutions. No vague answers. No beating around the bush.

Matt has been incredibly helpful with us and our journey. Would definitely recommend Matt if you're hesitant to start your journey!

Ron is a beast. Good advice and motivation.

I have joined recently, and so far, I am having a good experience. Tan has been assigned to me as my mentor; he has been approachable and positive with everything. The course setup and the information provided are valuable and helpful as you move through the different stages. I like the community vibe and the effort that goes into it. I am enjoying the experience as I wanted to do something that gets me out of my comfort zone and makes me put in the effort. :)

Ron my mentor couldn’t ask for a better one, his always fast with his responses and gives advice that you need to hear, he understands your vibe and motivates you to become the best version of yourself.

Ron has been great. Inspired us to get our heads down and hunt for the first property. We can feel success brewing!

The Mentorship received by BNB Success has been truly rewarding, not just financially but also personally due to the expansion of business knowledge and growth. My mentors Jordan, Umut and Ron have provided strong support. Would highly recommend this investment!!

BNB Success helps me a lot through everything I need to know in Airbnb Arbitrage. Whole team was professional and efficient. Even my mentor, Tan Nguyen, very nice and friendly on his students. He's really there to encourage you and really felt that he wants you to be the best version of yourself.

Tan has been great to work with, it's been easy to conversate, he's been helping me out and giving advice throughout the process each week. All the tools and information you need is provided. They know what is right from wrong and are with you throughout your journey.

They make it sound like you can get rich from just sitting home and relax. Doing few clicks of button then boom. You are rich. Not how it works. Not a get rich quick scheme but that’s what they claim. Scammers. Don’t trust them. No such thing as get rich quick.

Great mentoring! The weekly mentoring really helps me to keep my feet on the ground. To be honest, I've been thinking of quitting a couple of times, but the support from my mentor, Tan, really helps me to push through the early process. It was clear, step-by-step, and for me, it shows how to start, what to expect, and what to do next.

Danny has been an exceptional mentor from the very beginning of our journey. He has always been available to answer any questions, guide us through the process step by step, and consistently check in on our progress. His support, patience, and dedication have made a real difference, and we truly appreciate everything he has done for us. Thank you, Danny, for all your guidance and support❤️

The mentorship can be a valuable tool, but it’s not always as it appears online.

My business partner and I started with little knowledge of renting or Airbnb arbitrage, and the Bnb Success modules and weekly group calls were genuinely helpful. The online community has been a standout, everyone is super supportive and ready to help, some of the best advice I've received have been from the community chat.

Over time, however, the main mentors became harder to reach, with newer mentors stepping in. While that’s appreciated, it does change the experience.

The program is also marketed in a way that can make success seem quick and easy, but in reality, securing multiple properties is challenging. Many real estate agencies are hesitant about Airbnb arbitrage, so it requires significant effort and persistence.

Overall, the mentorship has been beneficial, but it’s important to carefully consider the cost and go in with realistic expectations, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to put in the time.

Danny is the best mentor ever. Genuinely so helpful and guiding, I wouldn't be in the position I am today without his mentorship. I would buy the course again if the money went to Danny. You're guaranteed success in this business if Danny is your mentor. Helpful, attentive and holds you accountable so you don't flake on your goals. He's the real deal.

Danny has been a great mentor, always supportive and has really held me accountable, his push got me through the calls and rejections and finally I'm at the stage where i've got my first property. Only one way up from here!

The support they gave me throughout the course as well as the tips and tricks, with on call help from mentors, and the community is really helpful with my experience so far.

Terrence has been a great mentor throughout my Airbnb journey. The whole system is simple and straightforward, and they provide all the tools, modules, and supportive community so you never feel like you’re figuring out things alone.

Danny has been a great Mentor to Dane and I from the start. Danny has been very hands on and knows how to get the most out of us. Danny is also very thoughtful and considerate. We’re grateful to have Danny as our mentor.

The program has been great so far, great support and guidance and a strong community.

Plenty of learning and growing, excited to see where it goes!
