Have not received my order or any communication.

Ordered a game on 12/2. Never received the game, or a refund. Emailed twice, on 12/18 & 1/7, asking for an update or a refund. Checked order status and it showed as Cancelled but as of 1/17 no refund was issued. Had to dispute it with my CC company. Will not buy from them again.

Oh and game ordered shows as in stock, and showed as in stock when I originally ordered it.

I have not and will not order anything. A couple of things I noticed today when browsing the website two different prices for the same product. It’s a best seller at 199.00 and has 3 reviews, they posted the same product hours later for 150 dollars with no reviews. This company is 100% a scam, look up the address on google it’s a house, not a business. As someone who knows a lot about Pokémon investing their booster boxes are way under market value. They have “new” sets they added that haven’t been in rotation for 7 years selling them for 150 dollars. These booster boxes go for thousands of dollars now on the marketplace there’s no way it’s real. Don’t buy anything from them shut this website down. Go look up their website on whois database it has some really interesting information. It’s only been in existence since May of 2025 that screams a scam. Read their 5 star reviews on their websites all seems fake. To only have 5 star reviews is rare. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY it is a scam.

Placed an order on Christmas Day. I never received an email confirmation or anything showing that the board game had been purchased. It’s been two weeks and it has not arrived. I’m pretty sure this website is a scam at this point. Do not buy from these people! They don’t even bother responding to emails, answering the phone, or responding to these negative reviews!

I ordered a game on December 6, 2025. I still don’t have my order, and when I search my order on your website, it says my order can’t be found. I think I got ripped off. Thanks a lot.

Ordered December 5, never received. No answer by phone or email. Don't buy from this company! Scam!

Received NO product. Reached out numerous times via phone (no response to my messages I left), email, and website with very vague response that they are processing and do not have the product to ship out. However they have not communicated with me about a timeline of receiving the product which I had ordered at the beginning of this month. When I have inquired, there has been no response. Poor communication on their end. Their website does not work with order numbers either. I have inputted my order number to track status and the website ways that it is not recognized. They have no response to why this is. They have still charged me for the item and shows up on my credit card. Appears to me as a scam! I would NOT recommend buying from the company unless you want to donate money.

I ordered a game on December 7th. I got an update on December 9th saying it was partly shipped. I have not received anything since. No tracking number, no farther updates about my order and have not received the game as of December 26th. I have sent two messages to the contact email they provide and have not heard anything back from the company. Beyond disappointed.

I ordered the game on December 4th, reached out to boardgm.com multiple times, have not yet heard back from them on December 26th. Great. Thanks.

I never received my order! No correspondence back when I emailed them. The order number they sent was such that it did not let me track it-instead it would tell me order not found.

I ordered Cabo Deluxe Edition from Boardgm.com on 10 December. I received an immediate order acknowledgement, and my payment was taken straight away. Since then — nothing.

I was realistic about international shipping and wasn’t expecting delivery before Christmas. What I did expect was basic communication: confirmation that my order had been processed, or at the very least a tracking number. It has now been 12 days with no updates whatsoever.

I have sent multiple follow-up emails
and received zero response. No explanation, no reassurance, no confirmation that the order even exists beyond the initial automated email.

Reading other reviews, I can see at least one customer with a very similar experience was told by the company “we are not a scam and are processing your order.” That is hardly reassuring when customers are left completely in the dark for weeks with no communication.

At this point, I’m left asking:
Is this a scam, or simply one of the worst-run online game stores out there?

Either way, the outcome for the customer is the same — money taken and no service delivered.

Buyer beware. Until Boardgm.com can demonstrate basic order processing and customer communication, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

I ordered a boardgame on December 5. I received an email saying it was "partially shipped" on December 8. How can a boardgame be "partially shipped"? I have received no other communication. I have emailed about the order, but no reply. I have phoned customer service several times...always a voice mail. Left messages, no return calls. Do not buy from them!

Buyer beware. I do not think this is a business. I ordered a game but nothing was shipped. I emailed and initially I received replies that it was going to be shipped but I never received a tracking number and my order number does not come up when entered on the website. They are also no longer replying.

Scam. Order was never sent. I sent an email to get order status and never heard back. They just take your money and info.

Where is my order? You have no tracking information, sent to me. You ask for a review when nothing was delivered.

I ordered two board games from boardgm.com and I’m extremely happy with the quality. Everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The selection is great and the prices are fair. Customer service kept me updated with tracking the entire time. Highly recommended for any board game lover!

Never received the item. Customer service phone number was not in service. I think this “company” is just a scam that collects money with no intention of delivering anything.
