I would buy from them again
I would buy from them again! I was able to approve every step and make changes if I had wanted or needed to but I didn't have to because they got the sketch correct and perfect everytime! I was amazed seeing it in person and my boyfriend was shocked and amazed and loved it.

The attention to detail is magnificent. They walk you through every step with pictures for approval and will change any detail if you require. Had a great experience and recommend them 100%. I got it for my brothers bar and it looks just like him. He loved it!

The Team did an incredible job in creating a close to identical bobble head. They emailed throughout the process and ensured the creation was to my liking. The only down-side to this was that despite ordering the vip service and despite advertisements that these items would be delivered by a certain date, it exceeded the timeline expectation of delivery.
