Hi Katie,

We are sorry you experienced any trouble. I just reviewed your order and see what the trouble is. We actually didn't realize that you had 2 separate order numbers with us and the email we received about the damage we though was in regards to the order we have been making and had the team review for the trouble. Now we realize that we had sent to you another order which is the damage you are referring to and we will instruct the production team to resolve for you ASAP. Our mistake, sorry about that, thank you for letting us know.

Hi Jake,

Let me first off say we are sorry to receive this type review but understand it is the feelings of your experience with us. I went to review the order and see we had received so much positive feedback with the doll during production, such as

The approval of the color complexion proofs, followed by the completed doll proof which asked for some changes as seen here


Thank you for your hard work. Me and my brothers would like the following touch-ups:

1) Long hair. a little longer than shoulder length
2) More brown and less blond in the hair, but still some blond
2) The face a little bit slimmer
3) The eye brows less "Evil" looking, more "happy" looking
4) if possible: could you make the sneakers look like running shoes. For example simply add some fluorescent colors, symbol on the side, ect.

We received another email asking if the doll had been shipped and responded back to you immediately:

To: 'alex mackinnon'
Subject: RE: ****-***** Jesse MacKinnon

We received your call today in regards. I am asking the factory for further information as this should have been shipped a long time ago. We will update you later.
Sorry for any trouble.

We then realized the error we made and completed the doll for shipment.

- The original order date was on November 29th and the time line selected was our after holiday time line. This option is offered before the major Holidays at a discounted rate causing a much slower production. The estimated time time would of been 9-12 weeks in most cases.

However, I do see the order had a further delay which was unfair to you. Your doll had been accidentally marked incorrectly during production and placed into the wrong area. This caused the doll to sit untouched while it could of been final baked and shipped. For this we are very sorry and corrected this trouble for future orders.

I reviewed the case and photos and think the doll looks very good. Thank you for taking the time to write us, again we are sorry for the delay in receipt but we are delighted it was received well.

Hi Shirley,

Thank you for taking the time to write your review of our service. I had the opportunity to review your order and see that within the order itself, the option to select a hat was not selected. I then also reviewed during the proofing stages of the clay proofs, the head was approved without any hat and only until the completed proof the words to add a hat were indicated. During the completed stage, we are not able to provide this type of change.

As a reminder, during the proofing emails sent, we try to explain the need to ensure certain items are within the proof during the time of receipt. The email specifies the following

• HAT: If you ordered your doll with a hat, the hat needs to be on this proof at this time, in the style and shape you want it. If you approve it without seeing a hat, we will bake your doll and the hat cannot be added later.

This was not indicated to us until well after the stage. For this we are terrible sorry you did not receive your doll exactly as you had wanted. We take great pride in trying to create perfect experiences to all our clients. We hope, the doll was received well overall and our skills did manage to impress you.
