Expensive, slow shipping, terrible
Terrible, charged over $34 for shipping, ordered on June 27th, still not received order by July 14th. No idea what the high shipping cost included, had thought it was expedited delivery but am guessing it was to buy a tortoise to do the delivery

Didn't receive what I ordered
Hi, I ordered 2 bottles of a 2017 My Favorite Neighbor Cab. Received a 2018 and 2019. No communication that they didn't have the 2017. As a first time online wine buyer, is this a common practice?

Bottles I have ordered came right away I was given a tracking number right away. Will continue to to do business. One bottle I ordered broke in shipping and they sent a replacement out no charge right away.

Boiggest issue was the lack of clarity reagarding the delivery of my order- Yes I understood I would have to be home to sign for it BUT Fed EX did a TERRIBLE job/ not delivering when they said they would and causing me to stay home for 2 days trying to ensure I was home to receive it. I will not order from you again because of this
