It's my first order with this company
It's my first order with this company. I Placed an order and it went well, they just had one item out of stock but they called me and i got a different flavour i was happy with and the guy on the phone was sound.
It took about a day to get to me so no complaints there, everything is good and they all have good dates on them.
I will be back again in the future.
I would just say as constructive criticism, when you ship out items to send out a tracking number via email so i can track it manually.

Didn't receive package!
They have worst courier ever who didn't deliver my stuff and they say it's delivered!
When I complain about not getting my stuff response is talk to courier?!
First I pay them, they received my money It's their responsibility to solve problem with bad courier.
Unfortunately I will not going to continue ordering from them in the future!
I payed 280€ for my package!
I'm still waiting my order

I’m confused how this is our fault Lordan?
You put your home address on the package which we sent to as requested and on time.
We use dpd couriers which are one of the biggest and best courier companies in Ireland, not exactly some sham courier company.
They have attempted to deliver your package 3 times but you weren’t at home and you live in an apartment block with no access.
Surely the sensible thing is to put an address down where somebody will be there to accept the package. As stated, we gave the contact details for your local depot so you can arrange for them to deliver at a time when you will be there or where you can collect.
Again, I’m not sure why you are putting the fault with us but as I said, when your package is returned to us, we will refund you.

I was dubious about ordering but after looking at the 2 low reviews and seeing they weren’t about the products or delivery, I decided to give them a go. Glad I did.
I was able to order a 12 pack of Monster and 2 single bottles of Prime. What I really like about this company is that you can order single bottles or multipacks. You can also order a mixed multipack so you don’t have to have 12 of the same flavour. Hardly any places do this.
They have a variety of items on their website, at great prices. Delivery was really quick. I ordered late on Sunday and received it today (Wednesday). We had a bank holiday on Monday as well.
I’ll definitely order from them again. Highly recommend.

I am currently training for a marathon and looking to refuel at certain stages, so got talking to the lads in Clontarf and they really helped me out, will definitely go back

The younger guys in the shop seemed…
The younger guys in the shop seemed lovely and the service was good . The owner came in and was possibly one of the rudest men I’ve ever come across . He was standing outside the shop verbally abusing some woman who had parked in front of their shop ( and I believe had bought something ) but wasn’t happy with how she parked . Have never seen anything like it . I wouldn’t support a man who behaves like this ! I won’t be returning .

Hi "Sharon", the correct facts and context are key in situations like this.
Parking spaces are very limited, 4 in total. There are signs clearly stating parking is for customers only and its painted on to the car park spaces also so they were obviously ignored. That person was NOT a customer and had parked on the outside space blocking TWO spaces to go for a massage (not in our business) which took over 1.5 hours. She didn't tell the guys either so we had no way of knowing who owned the car or if they had gone for a walk etc.
There are 3 other businesses in our unit who use the spaces, plus customers and our couriers which come and go. For someone to be gone that long and blocking two spaces impacts our business. If she had asked nicely to park there, the guys would have possibly allowed her to but to move her car in so not to block two spaces. Also she would have been told where the correct place to park was as there were spaces available.
Hopefully in future she would take note of how she parks, not ignore the signs, and think of others first.

The lads are great to be fair . I would oder off them before I'd use my protein or bulk any day. Very fast delivery and a joy to deal with. Great lads. Great company .
