Bodylite Gear Avaliações

I got a Phone Holder Vest from my friend for my birthday - i loved it fitted well and so light, no rubbing anywhere either. Unfortunately the zip broke so I contacted Bodylite and their customer services was absolutely amazing. They sent me a replacement (even though I'm in London not Ireland!) and couldn't of been more helpful. Highly recommend and so happy have my vest again!

I've a few pairs of Bodylite shorts, I love them. My go-to shorts for running.

Love the new light. I love how bright it is. Really helpful if you have low vision at night.
Very prompt service this time also.
Great company to deal with. I sent my previous light in for repair which I’d had for years, also a great product. They did a repair job and didn’t charge me which I felt was very generous.

Recently bought two LED Slapbands (usb). Excellent product and a really efficient service. Highly recommended.

I have had the best experience with this company since I bought my first Bodylite after seeing their product on the Late Late Show.
Love that it's worn on the waist, very comfortable and a great light.
Asked for a replacement charger, no problem , it was sent out promptly.
Had an issue with the front light(I have it 5 years, worn daily all winter)and I ordered a new one but also enquired if old one could be fixed. They asked me to return it, and I've got it back as good as new!
Excellent products and fantastic customer service.

Purchased some running gear last year. The quality was super. I recently had an issue with one of their products and their customer service was amazing.

The quality of the teeshirts and headbands are amazing and I made an error when paying as I didn’t add my % code. I emailed in after and explained and I got my % refunded. I was very impressed with this customer care and after care.

Excellent gear lights are very good feel comfortable running in dark

Great irish company. Delivery was fast and efficient and good to get a discount. I have quite a few running accessories now from bodylite and have always found them super.

Absolutely beautiful gear
Irish made
Great service I’m delighted with it.

Efficient and professional, great to support an Irish company supplying high quality running gear. Fast delivery and a quick refund on a returned item.

I love the gloves and neck scarfs I bought for both me and my partner. We are both active people and these are just perfect now coming into the dakrer months for activities. They are made of great material and the gloves are so comfy. I have had other neck scarfs but none as good as Bodylites

Ordered and received within 2 days. Getting comfy headbands for running has previously been my mission impossible - not any more!! I got the summer running headband and the reflective headband - both comfy and not too tight, good sweat absorbers. The running visor is really comfy and light. So far great products and service and will try out more items in the future.

Well made products that arrive quickly with great communication. Thank you!

EDIT: I am coming back to this review to change it from 1 star. The customer care team contacted me to resolve my issue and Jaime was extremely helpful. I'm very pleased that they took the time to resolve this, because I actually have quite a few items on Bodylite gear (running vest, visor, flexible water bottle) and I really do love them. I use them for every single run and they are great quality. This is a good company and worth buying from. I will leave my original review for clarity, but I am very happy to give 5 stars as they resolved the issue for me. Thank you Bodylite

OLD REVIEW:
My order was marked as delivered amd signed for, but I did not receive it and I did not sign for it. I have contacted Bodylite customer service and also the courier and I haven't heard anything back from either. I would really like to receive the shorts that I paid for. I'm really disappointed with the complete lack of communication and customer care here.

Top is such a comfortable fit and delivery was super fast!

Fast service and good communication, an amendment was made to my order with no issues.

Delivery was made without delay. Re. the running shirt, I ordered a medium but the actual size is more akin to a large or an extra large! Disappointed because in the advertised picture the shirt is semi fitted.

I purchased a new running vest for the Cork City Half Marathon 2025. I emailed the company after the race about a small quality issue and the response I received from Jaime in Customer Service was second to none. Their customer service team were such a good help. This top level of customer service is hard to find so I am very impressed with this company.

Product is very loose and bounces around even with straps as tight as possible. Sits much lower. Not similiar to older version which was much more compact and had zero movement.
